1. 酒店在地圖上的定位不準確，而且酒店入口標誌非常不清晰，出租車來回開了2圈都沒有找到。 2. 酒店前台長時間沒有人，前台的門是鎖着的，打電話也打不通，緊急需求建議報警。 3. 入住説明裡寫“贈送4張漂流票”，結果根本沒贈送！！！要求退差價！！！ 4. 房間主卧的煙霧報警器，每隔30秒響一聲，整整一夜一直這麼響！前台也無人處理，電話也打不通，最後在沙發上住一晚。 5. 浴室毛巾上面有污漬。 6. 陽台門和大門都沒有紗窗，房間又沒有空調，熱的話不能開窗或開門，衹能靠忍！ 7. 接送機也是瞎扯，我9:45的飛機，距離機場大概開車25分鐘，告訴我送不了，但可以給我叫一輛車（正常打表的話30元左右，給叫了一輛出租車要60元，不走的話就要誤機啦）。

這個季節的長白山還不是很冷屋內會有些悶熱房子沒有通風口開窗也無濟於事打電話給前台説想要一台風扇被告知沒有説房間內有一台冷風機其實就是一個小小的加濕器根本帶不起那麼大的房子就這樣熱了兩個晚上體驗感不好
