設施挺新的，也比較衞生，清潔打掃得挺好。我是淡季去的，人不是特別多，在人特別多的時候能否高效運行就不知道了，才開沒多久，看得出來某些人員還不太熟練。最後，這窗簾是磁吸的，我沒整明白，拉上了會有一條縫，沒搞明白怎麼回事

房間很大，設備很新，服務很好，大堂的甜甜，小徐，小凱（應該是這些稱呼），店員從大堂員工到保潔大姐服務很好，熱情周到，在這個級別的酒店很好了。就是一點，應該是新開的原因，屋裡有一些裝修的味道，不過開一會兒窗户後味道就散了。來長白山住這裡是個不錯的選擇

房間很新 停車場不小氣方便停車 周圍也能訂到點外賣 就是太新了 有股裝修的味道 可能再過半年就好了 服務挺好的 一直在抱歉裝修味道的問題

設施：因為是新建的，整體非常新，很不錯
衞生：衞生很好，打掃的姐特別好
服務：服務很好，端午節還會送端午節的繩子。有機器人特別可愛，而且還多送了我們很多水，很滿意。
位置：距離西坡遊客中心太近了！！！早晨吃個早飯然後直接上山，太絲滑了。
