The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff are polite. It is a good experience.

We got a quad room even though there are only 2 of us Big room with 3 single beds and a sofa bed, really clean and comes with full kitchen facilities. We can see Mt Fuji at the entrance of the hotel but not directly from our room. Will definitely recommend this to a family of three or four members.

We have 2 nights of staying in this hotel, such a wonderful and pleasant place to stay. Staff are helpful and attentive to our needs. Free car park across the street, will definitely stay here for my next visit to Fuji Kawaguchiko.

Not far from the train station, very close to the Mount Fuji viewing spot (Lawson). Umbrellas can be borrowed for free. The room's facilities are new and in good condition. It's more like a guesthouse than a hotel.

Room was well furnished and well thought out. Had everything you could have asked for. Bed linen and towels were clean. Lots of space go hang out and for luggage.

Spacious room with amenities. Close to family Mart. It was good that there are 2 washing machines for the travellers.

Room very spacious with big sofa area. Perfect for three-four people stay. The facilities and room design are modern, nice decoration. There is microwave oven in the room so convenient if you take food back to enjoy with friends. There are kitchen utensils. Location convenient. 5 star recommendation.

Location a little away from bus stop. if you carry luggage, you have to walk around 10mins. The room keepers are very nice and easy to communicate. The room is big and clean. Great experience to live in.

The triple room we stayed in was clean and tidy. There was a large table for buying food and eating in the room. There was a special cart for tableware and cups, and a special place for washing food. It was really great. The staff (or the boss?) was very friendly. This is definitely the first choice for my next stay.

Small but clean and exquisite, the room is large, the facilities are complete and thoughtful, close to the station, high cost performance, highly recommended!

I rarely book B&B hotels, especially in the peak season of March when it is very difficult to book Japanese hotels, and Jinya left me a very good impression. First of all, the location is so good. I got off the bus and walked to the hotel with my suitcase. It is a ten-minute walk from the Kawaguchiko Bus Terminal, and the popular Lawson is also very close. The room is really super big. The two of us stayed in a triple bed, which was more spacious than we imagined (especially coming from Tokyo hehe 😀). The kitchen and sanitary facilities are complete, and Polo travel samples were given. The boss is very thoughtful. The most touching thing is that the balcony of the room we stayed in actually faced Mount Fuji (I didn’t know it when I was doing hotel homework). At 6:30 in the morning, we saw Mount Fuji with the halo of sunrise, which was really unexpected. The hotel does not provide breakfast. We chose the nearby Mount Fuji Internet celebrity Japanese raw toast 🍞, paired with seasonal handmade jam and the hanging ears in the room. It was a very unforgettable meal. The hotel is equipped with a microwave, and you can enjoy the inexpensive Japanese food in Lawson. This hotel is very suitable for multiple people to travel, and the price is also moderate. I recommend it 🙂

Very clean, tidy, spacious, the most comfortable night in Japan, you can see Mount Fuji when you go out, it's a five-minute walk from the station, very convenient, there are many restaurants nearby
