At the rate I paid with this Mount Fuji view from the room. I think it’s value for money. The building may looks old but overall well maintained. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Train station transfer are provided both ways with more schedule. Definitely will recommend if you have don’t want to spend more than those hotels next door. Had both set dinner and breakfast which is good.

Beautiful room with beautiful view. I can see Mt. Fuji in my room. Free shuttles provided towards train station. Meals are served with reasonable quality. Room is clean. With onsen. Recommend.

We are a group of 4, the room fit us well with our luggages. Room is clean, facilities a-bit old but the cleanliness and well maintenance outweigh it. Hospitality is great, front desk lady speak good english. We are satisfied with the food.

Hotel provides free shuttle pickup at Kawaguchiko Station, just go to the Tourist Information Office and they will call for you. Breakfast and dinner are served well and delicious. Room has beautiful views of Mt. Fuji. After check out, hotel even help us to deliver our luggage to our next hotel ( in Kawaguchiko only). The only downside was the Onsen temperature was not hot and there’s no facial or body lotion provided.

Very authentic Onsen hotel, great service hospitality and dinner set. Free parking for hotel guest. Lovely view in room to see the lake and Mount Fuji. 2 Onsen swapped day and night for men and women. Wonderful experience with tatami bed

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed in Japan. Hospitality, cleanliness and food were perfect. Best value for a all-inclusive onsen resort by the lake. Staff were friendly and attentive. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we felt welcomed and well taken care of during our stay. They received us from the carpark and got our baggage for us. When we left, they made sure to carry our luggage to the car. Rooms and the guest onsen were clean, big and spacious, with propery air-conditioning and heating. It also has a good view of mount Fuji from the room balcony (though unfortunately it was raining for the 2 days which I was there) The food was amazing as well, there were so many choices and we were left stuffed after both dinner and breakfast. Would highly recommend anyone this all inclusive hotel if you have the chance.

The hotel location is really good and which was the only one I can found around the area when I book my trip. The visitor could call hotel for shuttle bus service at the information center of train station (turn right after exiting); the luggage could be delivered to station if you keep it at front desk and book a delivery service when checkout. Breakfast set is good and not too much but fine Japanese food. And I have the lucky to see mountain Fuji in morning from my lake view room.

Their shuttle bus service helped us a lot in arranging our trip. Great service quality.

Excellent service. Free hotel shuttle to.and from the station. Great mountain and lake view from the hotel room. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. The onsen was free. Nothing to complain. Will definitely come back to this hotel on my next visit.
