"We were greeted by reception very politely and as we were early thought we wouldn’t get into our room but they gave us our keys and told us we can use all inclusive from 12, which was perfect we arrived 11.30! The rooms were lovely and airy the walls were very thin and you could here everything! But the rooms were cleaned to a good standard everyday! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff all very friendly! The food was good always something tasty to eat unless you are very fussy! Me and my friend had a lovely relaxing time for 9 nights and ate thinking already of returning next year! The one star less was the walls were so thin and we were getting next door banging on our wall at 9pm and we were just chatting! That was the only downfall"

Everything was smooth, clear, and handled with a warm, professional approach. Upon arrival, I received a very friendly and heartfelt welcome from the reception staff. You immediately feel that genuine hospitality is a top priority here. The hotel itself is excellently maintained. I received a spacious, well‑kept room with a balcony and sea views — perfectly clean and comfortable. The facilities are outstanding as well: the indoor and outdoor pools, the surrounding areas, and especially the beautiful gardens with sunbeds and sea views — all impeccably maintained. I was particularly impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. Everyone clearly does their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I would like to extend my compliments and respect to the kitchen and dining room teams. In particular, Pablo, the dining room manager, truly deserves a standing ovation for his dedication. He welcomes guests with genuine warmth and ensures a smooth, organized, and enjoyable atmosphere in the dining area. He is a real asset to the hotel. The food is tasty and varied, with plenty of choice. A small suggestion: the selection of hot meat dishes could be a bit broader and more diverse. This hotel not only met my expectations, it exceeded them by far. Thanks to the fantastic staff, the well‑kept environment, and the sincere hospitality, I look back on this holiday with a big smile. This is a place you gladly return to."

"The villa for 3 was beautiful with a great view of the sea and the hills. We had our own small pool, no deep enough to swim but enough to refresh yourself. Very peaceful and quiet. The rooms are well equipped and the bed is very comfy. The villa is great if you want to rest and be isolated. The breakfast in the room is also a great plus. The guest experience team is also very attentive, friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!"

"We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room was very well maintained and cleaned daily to a high standard. The hotel is in a great location, opposite the beach and harbour and close to many shops and restaurants. The only downside we had here was having to pay for the indoor pool! We have stay in many hotels across the world and have never once until now, had to pay for the indoor pool as hotel guests, this was very frustrating on the day it torrential downpoured with rain and all the local businesses closed, our only option to occupy children was the indoor pool. You also only get to use the pool for one hour!"
