"Had a power outage which affected all the electricity and Water within the Veramar, this lasted from around 19 :00 until lunch6the next day. Spent the whole night in total darkness, no lights within the stairs or hallway people were walking up and down in total darkness. The Fire protection was also down but the management team left everyone im their rooms in danger, if there was a Fire!! Management actually started to hand out T lights!! Completely unacceptable. All my food in the fridge was wasted and could not wash or go to the toilet, only compensation offered was a free breakfast 🤣. Still waiting for a response from management. Poor customer service"

"Excellent apartment with modern equipment and plenty of kitchenware, utensils and dinnerware. Very handy having a tumble drier and washing machine. Only downside was that some residents did not close the door to the street securely which was a bit of an issue. Only a 2 minute walk to Fish Alley where there are numerous bars and restaurants. Would definitely come here again"

"Great hotel , especially when its deemed a 3 . Rooms were clean and had daily cleaning if you wanted. Food was varied and plentiful. Pool area was immaculate with lifeguard on duty. Location , 10 min on local bus takes you into heart of Fuengirola. Hotel was ideally placed for trains and buses. Straight across from beach. Hotel staff were excellent, no issues , very polite and worked really hard. Entertainment was of a good quality and Entertainment staff engaged well with everyone. TUI staff as always excellent and it was easy to book days out."

"A quiet hotel in November. The reception staff were friendly. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean. The only criticism was the air conditioning in the room, which even after hours only blew warm air into the room. The fact that the safe was chargeable only became apparent after I had spent a lot of time trying to get the safe to work according to its instructions."
