Most of staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially Monica and evening staff at the Bar:Robert.
The hotel management could look at upgrading the standard and refurbishing the rooms.

We felt bad seeing cockroaches 🪳at the restaurant in our morning breakfast 🙄 being 5star hotel we never experienced in radsson blue in other countries except this place😡😨😨😨😨😌 the room service is not bad but the restaurants are horrible the food is ok the area is gd near the beach

I was double-charged at reception for a night that had already been paid in advance. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this, I have yet to receive a refund. The correspondence has been unprofessional and inconsistent, with repeated promises of a refund that remain unfulfilled. It has now been over two months, and no resolution has been provided. This service experience has been highly unsatisfactory.

Radisson Blu Mammy Yoko is a lovely hotel with excellent amenities for families. We appreciated the spacious rooms and the availability of room service, especially with kids in tow. The outdoor pool was a hit, and we enjoyed some quality family time there. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious meals, although we wished for more Indian cuisine on the menu. The proximity to the beach made it easy for us to spend our days relaxing by the sea. Overall, a wonderful experience in Freetown!
