Spark by Hilton Freeport ★★

📍 US-1 &, S Freeport Rd, Freeport

"Stay away! Worst place ever. They took my money after I cancelled my reservation. They have since lied to me and have hung up on me several times when trying to resolve. They told me that they could not refund the cost and charged me top dollar for nothing."

"The first room i was in had bedbugs. They were able to move me to another room that was clear of bedbugs. The front desk staff were very kind and professional. Both rooms were non-smoking but smelled of stale cigarettes. Will not be booking an econolodge again."

Spark by Hilton Freeport ★★
"STAY AWAY!!! $220 down the drain. The room we were given smelled like someone urinated all over the carpets. We immediately asked for another room which was barely tolerable. Smells like mildew, baking soda, and lemon pledge. Not bringing our bags in for fear of the smell permeating them. Thinking about sleeping in the car with the family and eating the cost. You better pray to god. P.S. No one at front desk for 10 minutes"

Econo Lodge Freeport - Brunswick Area ★★
"Served it's purpose. The beds were horrible, not comfortable at all! Relatively clean except for the floor, it definitely needed to be swept and washed. It was quieter which was a plus. Would book again if they replace the mattresses."

The Kendall Inn ★★★
"Although we arrived later than expected, Stephanie was incredibly accommodating with our travel schedule and welcomed us warmly into her charming, cozy home. Our room and bed were both very comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. One thing to note: our room faced the road, so there was some traffic noise. However, coming from New York, we didn't find it bothersome. The inn is conveniently located—about a 15-minute walk to the village—which makes it easy to explore the area. And as a fun bonus, they have chickens!"

Brewster House Bed & Breakfast ★★★★
"Our stay at this lovely bed and breakfast was outstanding! The house is charming, the beds were comfortable, and the hosts were friendly and ready with helpful suggestions. The 3 course breakfasts served each morning were delicious and expertly prepared. The thoughtful extras-plush robes, cozy slippers, and beer and wine on tap, really set this B&B apart. All this, combined with convenient location, made for a truly memorable stay. We highly recommend it!"

The Nicholson Inn ★★★
"This is a great inn. Not only are the accommodations amazing, John and Loretta treat you like family and do everything they possibly can to make your stay special. The location is very nice being on Main St and within walking distance of several outlets, restaurants, an of course the LL Bean flagship store. The breakfast is prompt and made to order. A truly wonderful stay!"
