Holiday Inn Express & Suites Freeport - Brunswick Area

This is the second time I stayed at Holiday Inn on this trip. I was also disappointed. The management of Holiday Inn is really not as good as before. The staff is irresponsible and unprofessional. I called the front desk, but it was wireless. I had to go downstairs to the front desk. I went into the bathroom in the rain at night and used the hotel's bath gel, but I couldn't squeeze out a drop of bath gel. I took a bath with one drop of shampoo. The next morning, I washed my hair and used shampoo again. I squeezed out two drops and put them on my hair. I squeezed again, but it was empty. I washed the top of my head with 2 drops of shampoo, which was so annoying. The waiter was irresponsible and didn't check whether it needed to be refilled when tidying up the room. Holiday Inn in Bar Habour, 3823/night, there were a lot of hair from previous guests on the floor of the bathroom. The breakfast variety is really pitiful. Very very disappointed Holiday Inn!
