I realised within 5 seconds of booking that I had gotten the date wrong by 1 day. I contacted trip.con and the hotel before I even received the confirmation email and they refused to do anything to help, basically stealing my money in the process. I will never use another IBIS hotel as long as I live, they have lost me as a customer forever

The location is not in the city center, a little off the beaten track, the room facilities are average, relatively quiet, if you consider the cost performance, you can choose it, the breakfast is rich, there are freshly baked hot bread.

Very clean structure and basic but comfortable rooms. Right distance from the city center, a few minutes by tram. I highly recommend it.

It was a very clean hotel. The rooms were spacious. It was also easily accessible from the subway and downtown.

The facilities are neat and clean. The room size was large for the price, so it was convenient to live in. The tram station is close by and there is a supermarket nearby, so there was no inconvenience during my stay.

No bathroom ok but the shower with a transparent door and a half holes in a room for 3 people is exaggerated.

家庭房非常大，酒店環境非常乾淨。距離市中心步行也可以到達。樓下有地下停車場，性價比非常高。室內不會覺得擁擠

방이 깔끔했어요. 크기도 넉넉하구요. 숙소 위치도 너무 좋았구요. 너무 편안하게 잘 묵어서 다음에 가게되면 또 묵고싶은곳입니다.
