I called the store on Ctrip, and it kept saying “ho, ho, ho, ho, ho.” The reception was not good. I called back and forth more than ten times. Finally, I received a text message from the other party, saying that he couldn’t hear me and that he was not on duty today. I called someone else. I called someone on his phone, and he said he just went out to eat for ten minutes (it actually took 38 minutes from the time I parked the car to the time I talked to him). He taught me to pick up the key and check in by myself. Why not inform in advance if you want self-check-in? Okay, self-service is self-service, but the room is not satisfactory. There are two rooms in one living room. The living room does not have air conditioning. It has to be blown out from the room. The room is too cold. I want an extra quilt or an extra roll of toilet paper. There has been no one, and the person who said he went out to eat has never come back. If you want full self-service, why not make it clear before booking. Also, the cleanliness in the room was poor, and the towels had fake eyelashes and lipstick marks.
