Dirty carpets, smelly room, the view is not good looking, sounds from next room

Pretty well located to the Zu Miao and metro. Hotel is abit old though, but still acceptable. Breakfast is reasonable too.

The room is huge, clean and airy. Free laundry service is provided without us doing it.

The hotel is quite old-fashion. Good breakfast and location is quite easy to transport. The hotel surprise me to offer grilled sweet potatoes and pop corn free to its guess.

Prompt services on laundry, extra personal needs and night treat tea. Pillow is thin although it's 2/ person, breakfast variety is sufficient but no cool water and the only coffee machine was down for 2 days.

Location is good, overall service is good especially staff no. 2 in the counter Ms. Lee, she is so helpful and always with smiles, another one is no. 11 , also good, but some facilities in hotel is a bit old need to be upgraded, another suggestion is need have a small fridge in the room especially in summer time,

Smoking smell is a serious problem. The floor of the bathtub is not flat enough with sharp points stimulating the feet.

Facilities are getting old, need to renew. Smell of smoke remain in the room.
