Check-in service is good. Most of the hotel staff are pleasant and helpful. The rooms were fairly clean, but there was a lot of dust in places, like behind and top of the TV, cupboards were not very clean. The maintenance work I saw on the floors in my room was substandard and could have been completed more professionally to compliment the room, which generally, was a nice room. The food is quite good.

Area of improvement. The more expensive room i stay is having mosquito even on 25th floor, air quality in room is smelley. Breakfast- food name is not labelled. Example the steam bun, you dont know what is inside, with meat or vegetarian etc.

Very good location, clean, air conditioning works great. Great windowsill for watching the city at night. Breakfasts until 10:00 - a wide choice, but only Chinese cuisine. You can eat freshly cooked noodle soup of your choice
