However, the hotel has terrible soundproofing; I'm woken up by all sorts of noises every morning at 7 am – it's completely uninsulated. The bathroom floor tiles are beautiful, and there are even coffee cups; I love these details."

The breakfast was reasonable but little different from any budget hotel. We were well advised by one of the front desk staff on places to eat locally. The public areas were well presented and having the local tourist office on site was a bonus."

"We had to travel in 2 groups at 2 different times, which made it difficult to be able to check in like we wanted. The front desk clerk was very accommodating and helped us out tremendously. My daughter & her family had a problem with their room and it was quickly addressed and they were given another room that was still close to mine. It was a very stressful time for us due to the reason we had to travel to our location but having the cooperation and concern of the staff was extremely helpful."

"The service is not good. There is not even free mineral water. It is too expensive to buy water downstairs. It is really a very bad experience. I will stay in other hotels in the future. "There was one large problem but everything else about the stay was as expected. The room was clean, I was greeted cordially and the breakfast was limited but tasty. The problem was the ubiquitous smell of ********* smoke on my floor. No one seemed to be doing anything about it so I will be avoiding this hotel in the future. I’m not a prude but I also don’t want my hotel to smell like my college dorm."
