"Room wasn’t clean"
Hampton Inn & Suites Winston-Salem Downtown ★★
"Nice location, clean and comfortable. Convenient to transport."
The Historic Brookstown Inn, Trademark Collection by Wyndham ★★★
"Very well located with good room. However the room had not been properly serviced - dirty towels still in the bathroom and a couple of other issues. This was eventully sorted by housekeeping. The breakfast was reasonable but little different from any budget hotel. We were well advised by one of the front desk staff on places to eat locally. The public areas were well presented and having the local tourist office on site was a bonus."
Holiday Inn Express WINSTON-SALEM MEDICAL CTR AREA by IHG ★★★
"Lovely hotel. Great coffee and helpful front desk staff!"
Kimpton CARDINAL HOTEL by IHG ★★★★
Travelers Inn Winston-Salem University ★★
"This hotel was fine granted there’s a few things off but all in all it’s in good location restaurants around it. As for the room it has tv microwave fridge it was clean room it was quiet room bathroom floors looked new no major issues it’s a good alternative to the expensive hotels"
Spark by Hilton Winston-Salem University ★★★
"Hotel staff was very helpful and very friendly. They were very welcoming and the hotel was very clean! Only the pool could be a little cleaner (we didn't use it however)"

Hawthorne Inn & Conference Center
"It's filthy, incredibly filthy. My whole body started itching as soon as I lay down. Looking closely, the sheets and pillowcases were filthy; they clearly hadn't been changed."
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Winston-Salem
"Room was just ok. Hotel itself doesn’t have much, and also the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired."

"Good environment, clean room, good"
DoubleTree by Hilton Winston Salem - University
"Hotel environment and accommodation are very good"
Fairfield Inn & Suites Winston-Salem Hanes Mall
"We had to travel in 2 groups at 2 different times, which made it difficult to be able to check in like we wanted. The front desk clerk was very accommodating and helped us out tremendously. My daughter & her family had a problem with their room and it was quickly addressed and they were given another room that was still close to mine. It was a very stressful time for us due to the reason we had to travel to our location but having the cooperation and concern of the staff was extremely helpful."
Hampton Inn & Suites Winston-Salem/University Area
Embassy Suites by Hilton Winston Salem
"The service is not good. There is not even free mineral water. It is too expensive to buy water downstairs. It is really a very bad experience. I will stay in other hotels in the future. It is really not good. However, the Ctrip platform is still good. There was a problem in the middle, and the platform solved the problem quickly and effectively. Thumbs up"
Home2 Suites by Hilton Winston-Salem Hanes Mall
"There was one large problem but everything else about the stay was as expected. The room was clean, I was greeted cordially and the breakfast was limited but tasty. The problem was the ubiquitous smell of ********* smoke on my floor. No one seemed to be doing anything about it so I will be avoiding this hotel in the future. I’m not a prude but I also don’t want my hotel to smell like my college dorm."
SpringHill Suites Winston-Salem Hanes Mall
"I had an amazing stay at springhill suites! The rooms were clean, quiet, and breakfast was great to partake during our stay. Me and my family will definitely be back!"
Hilton Garden Inn Winston-Salem/Hanes Mall
"The room was large and quiet. The front desk is welcoming. I haven't tried the catering."
