"There was one large problem but everything else about the stay was as expected. The room was clean, I was greeted cordially and the breakfast was limited but tasty. The problem was the ubiquitous smell of ********* smoke on my floor. No one seemed to be doing anything about it so I will be avoiding this hotel in the future. I’m not a prude but I also don’t want my hotel to smell like my college dorm."

"The room wasn’t too bad, but everything else was horrible. There was a shooting in and outside the hotel. 2 people got shot. A nice lady in there told me that it’s not a real hotel people should stay at. Almost everyone there, lives there. She actually told me to get my money back and go stay by Hanes Mall. The manager was very understanding and helped me get my money back through trips."

My daughter & her family had a problem with their room and it was quickly addressed and they were given another room that was still close to mine. It was a very stressful time for us due to the reason we had to travel to our location but having the cooperation and concern of the staff was extremely helpful."
