"Sunset Villa was 15m away from the water with lovely views. Spacious two bed cabin with outdoor setting(6) and indoor large table(4), big comfortable lounge and beds were very nice. Cooktop(gas)and microwave plus a dishwasher. Decent size tv with good Wi Fi. The park is very neat and well laid out. Situated a few k's south of the Forster centre. The biggest shopping centre is very close though. Lovely area reasonably busy with plenty of eateries. Plenty of beachs/waterways. Would definitely recommend the park and the area."

"Surprised to find out we have been downgraded without informing. We are a family of 4 and booked larger cabin for queen bed+2 bunkbed for extra space. But was given smaller size cabin with double bed + one bunkbed. We checked in late so didn’t bother to ask for a change. Also it’s too close to neighbour cabin as we were waken up in the morning by neighbours. Free internet is not stable."

"This NRMA operated caravan park and cabins is well managed. What is unique is an onsite cafe that opens for breakfast and lunch. Coffee is quality and well made. Staff are excellent. I single bedrooms the shower cubicle is the smallest I have endured in my world travels. Over 90kg you couldn’t fit! Design is to produce a toddlers bath. Old cabins well maintained"

"Great location, close to restaurants and local shopping. Excellent ocean views from our large two bedroom two bathroom apartment with a huge balcony capturing morning sun. Well appointed kitchen, cooktop, oven, large fridge, microwave. Very clean and furnished well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Undercover parking. Pool, large outdoor entertaining area with 3 huge bbq’s, making it ideal for private functions or large family gatherings. One street to the beach with large oven pool. Great walks along the river or a short walk across the bridge to Toncurry."

"The location is good and the sanitation is good. However, the sound insulation of the house is not very good. Around midnight, neighbors can hear when they go to the toilet, close the door, or talk. In the windy weather these days, the doors and windows squeak non-stop, which affects sleep and rest at night."

Silicon sealer in shower floor was peeling (needs replacing) all the taps leaked( could not turn off) kept dripping. Some of the lights didn't work. Overall, the room was OK, but I would not rate 4.8 as indicated"
