A very convenient location for our purpose, It was comfortable and the simple breakfast was delicious in a nice atmosphere. Would certainly stay again if visiting this area.

Really good for the money. I usually stay in budget places because I'm trying to save money. This is really nice compared to some of the other places I've stayed for the same money. It is a little tired, but the bathroom was recently renovated and it was clean and nice furnishings etc. My tariff included breakfast which was a buffet of cereal, toast and a few cooked things (bacon, mushrooms, sausages, eggs etc). My only negative that it is on the corner of two busy roads so there is always traffic noise. It is close to a small shopping centre, and I had dinner at a nice persian restaurant across the road so those are all positives. There was parking when I arrived but it was quite full the next morning so I'm not sure whether it would ever be difficult to park.

Room had mould in the shower one small soap little towels no water glass es basic toiletries. Not enough towels. I paid for breakfast no hot breakfast would not recommend.. Children running up and down the corridor all night till 10apm screaming and yelling making a lot of noise.

Gym and pool are not available. Breakfast was provided, it was just fine. We enjoyed it. Thanks.

This classy little hotel will greet you right from the entry. Experience elegance, charm, and a warm, friendly atmosphere. The rooms have a classy and comfortable feeling, A 5 star feeling in a Roadside hotel. Highly recommended especially for people who like to experience quality accommodation at affordable prices.

All aspects were great. Food was as required for breakfasts.

Heating system was not working well. Lamps on table sides were not working. Complimentary Drinking water was not provided in room. Customer service and attitude was poor, when i tried to explain that lamps were not working, staff responded by saying you could always let us know to help fix it. As if it was my fault, i expect hotel to have basic facilities be in good shape. I'm not there to keep calling and getting basic facilities fixed. How can simple stuff as bulbs and lamps not working ? Definitely don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room is very big, with good facilities, a small kitchen, a spacious and clean bathroom, twin beds (one is 1.8 meters wide, the other is 1.5 meters wide), which is spacious enough for two people to stay in. It also includes breakfast, and is cost-effective.

The room is not very big but the bed is comfortable and parking is convenient

Although it feels a bit old, the typical British style and clean and tidy room service are still in line with expectations
