Size of room was great, really big & spacious! Cleanliness of room can be much improved, shower drainage was lousy. Furnishing in room was rather old & just a basic kitchen area with no cutlery, Washing machine works fine though luckily.

Very Friendly Counter Services. We need to change name and also include additional days of booking. They tried they best to accommodate our request. And even put us on the same block with my friends. Convenient place to stay and walk 7-10mins slow walk to Bird Nest stadium for concert.

Hotel room is big and nice and clean. Apartment with 2 rooms and 2 toilets is very luxurious and value for money. Very near to a shopping mall with food. Importantly walking distance to concert venue.

The food is more like a Chinese buffet overall the food was good
Front desk was very patient and nice , their English isn’t fluent but basic communication can be made

Great location next to a small mall with loads of food options and a decent sized supermarket. Also fairly (1.5km) near to Olympic Parks/stadium for a morning exercise if you need. Rooms are generally clean and service at the hotel is nothing short of excellent. Hotel breakfast was basic but reasonable. Only thing we are not used to for serviced apartments is that it doesn't come with any kitchen utensils or cutlery. So do take note if you intend to cook. Other than that, my entire family (3 generations) loved the apartment.

This trip, I stayed in the VIP building, and the experience was great! The room was clean and comfortable, the service was thoughtful and considerate, the transportation was convenient, the price/performance ratio was super high, and the front desk lady provided great service and spoke in a super sweet voice!
