The service and food in sunset hotel is very good! And it’s convenient for us to go to attractions on Lembongan Island. Hotel provides rich travel options and transportation options. But the cleanness needs to be improved!

Absolutely wonderful place. Would stay here forever! Worth the price!

Nice accomodation in Nusa Lembogan, however I don't think it deserves the high rating that it holds. The facilities are quite nice and traditional, but the staff despite being correct, they are not so friendly. It seems like they have very strict rules to be followed given by the owner. The information given by them to get to the island and then the location of the accommodation was quite poor. The breakfast is poor, the portions are fixed, and not even with toddlers they give more than the regular portion.

The resort is fine but it has a bad location and make me feel uncomfortable.

It's located a little far from the port, and after I finished dinner, there were very few lights on the way home, so I was a little worried. It's hard to go anywhere without renting a bike - there are quite a few mountain roads, so if you're a beginner on bikes, I think it's dangerous. The bed was clean and stylishly made, but the floor was sticky and there were no indoor slippers. There are no toothbrushes, so you have to buy them in advance.

I helped make the reservation and the feedback was very good. The price of breakfast was reduced and the difference was refunded. Nice.

What a fantastic stay at this place. We were in the family villa with our own private plunge pool, a/c and fast wi-fi. Everything around the property is really well maintained and staff are extremely happy to help, organising transfer or/and suggesting things to do. Lovely restaurants near by (Oishii and Sandy Bay), as well as Mushroom beach only a stroll away. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent quiet/ peaceful/relaxing…etc..etc. Staff always helpful and made great suggestions for side trips and organised stuff for us. Centralised to allow walking to both sides of the island was a bonus. We upgraded to a pool villa which was perfect. Would recommend to couples and small families

Such a great find!! Second time staying here in a private pool villa. What strikes me about this place is how beautiful it is but also how warm the hospitality is. Not to mention its walking proximity to the Sandy Bay Beach Club (the bet sunset views!) , the Devil’s tear (just wow!) and it’s less than a 10 minute walk to Mushroom Beach with all the restaurants and bars. You can also hire mopeds and book activities direct from Reception. Thank you for a lovely stay ❤️.

If you are looking for a relaxing and typical place in Nusa Lembongan, this is the right hotel. We stayed at Sunset Garden for two nights and had a great experience. The room is a small but romantic wooden villa. We loved that the bathroom and shower were open sky! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers many activities that you can book: we rent a scooter and went snorkeling with the manta ray. It was simply wonderful!

We stayed for 4 nights and were in a villa with private pool. Was a great set up for our family of 4 (2 kids 5 & 8 year old). We had a double bed and 2 single beds in our room and still sufficient space. The villa was in a secure compound so we don’t need to worry about noise or watching the kids. The villa has a great cover med deck with bench-seat and swinging seat. We used both our private pool and the main pool. There was a semi outside bathroom for the villa, nothing like getting sunburnt in the shower. The onsite restaurant was good and very reasonable price. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Mr Siri the Reairt Manager was always on hand to provide information. We hired motorbikes from the accommodation most days which was easy. We loved the island and the location of the accommodation worked well for us. Easy 400 metre walk to Sunset Point, with Sandy Bay, Dream Beach and Mushroom Bay all within easy walking distance and less than 1 kilometre. I would highly recommend this accommodation and hope to be back next year!

Wonderful resort. All you could want for a relaxing holiday. We had a lovely villa with private pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A few beaches within walking distance and scooters available for those brave enough to take on the bumpy roads.

Had the best time here! First trip ever to Bali and the crew at Sunset Gardens were absolutely lovely to deal with! Really great location, in a nice quiet spot but still quite close to wherever you’d like to go. We found ourselves eating at the restaurant more than we expected, and it was excellent. The staff were able to arrange scooters, boat trips, etc so it made the whole trip super easy. Highly recommend!

Beautiful resort to stay with our friends and family on holiday. We all had our private villas, exquisitely cleaned and presented. Room service was fantastic, as was onsite food and bar. Staff are really helpful, organising our scooters, snorkelling and helping with local knowledge.
