Great communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi.
The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.

Small room. The room wasn't cleaned the day I stayed.
I was charged more taxes than indicated on the app.

The inn is beautiful, has a heated pool, barbecue and other very good leisure facilities. We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment, which has a great hot tub. The decor is beautiful, but it needs some attention to some details, such as a loose bathroom faucet and a flush button that didn't work, which hurt my finger when I tightened the screw, but nothing that would ruin our stay. The reception staff were very attentive, including with the problem I'll describe below. We were on a tour when we received a WhatsApp message from the person in charge of breakfast at the inn informing us that my 6-year-old daughter had wasted some coffee and that a fee of R$50.00 would be charged for the waste. First, the way they contacted us was horrible, second, there was no waste. My daughter ate an apple on the first day and took a slice of chocolate cake on the second day, which she didn't like and left, and didn't take anything else. This was the "waste" that this unprepared person thought was worth a fee of R$50.00 and ruined my trip. Finally the guy at reception managed to resolve the issue with the manager and the fee was not charged, but it was enough to ruin my experience at the place.

No mês de outubro de 2022 fiz uma reserva para os dias 05-08/01/2023 nesta pousada através da CVC, pousada a qual através de várias pesquisas aparentou ser uma pousada bem conceituada, a mesma na época confirmou que estava tudo certo com a minha reserva que eu poderia ficar despreocupado, porém, na semana da viagem a mesma informou a CVC que não iria cumprir com a reserva devido a sobrevenda, ou seja, ela vendeu a reserva que ela havia informado que estava confirmada, estragando todos os planos feitos para a viagem pois poderíamos muito bem ter programado outras coisas pra se fazer nesta semana de férias, uma atitude ridícula onde mostra um total descaso com um potencial hóspede, apesar de todas as boas avaliações, deve-se tomar muito cuidado com essa pousada pois na semana da sua viagem ela pode simplesmente cancelar a sua reserva e dizer que não vai te atender e pronto, ou seja, não estão nem aí para os seus planos. As providências cabíveis estão sendo tomadas. Mas vou deixar registrado a minha reclamação no máximo de canais digitais possíveis para que outros não sofram tamanho desrespeito igual nós sofremos.
