Ótima localização. Quarto confortável e limpo. Café da manhã simples e saboroso. Próximo de mercado, padaria, do centro comercial, gastronômico e da praia. Lugar tranquilo e apropriado para família e amigos. O comércio local fica aberto até 1h da manhã e o trajeto para o hotel pode ser feito caminhando a qualquer hora do dia.

Muy lindo hotel, en el centro, a 5 cuadras de la playa. En frente hay un supermercado. La cama cómoda, refrigerador, wifi, tv con no muchos canales, de todas maneras no estas casi, una mesa y una silla. Mi habitación era en el tercer piso y tenía balcón con una silla. El hotel tiene 2 ascensores, una piscina chica que ni usamos, y lindo hall de entrada con sillones. El personal es muy amable. El desayuno muy bueno y el café muy rico.

Este hotel se encuentra a 3 cuadras de la playa de Canasvieiras, tiene estacionamiento cerrado pero al descubierto a la vuelta, se ingresa con un control que ellos te prestan, el Check in fue lento porque tenes que llenar un montón de formularios, los recepcionistas nos atendieron muy bien. Allí mismo hay una heladera con agua, gaseosas o alimentos para solicitar por un extra. En PB ESTÁ la pileta que no usamos porque estuvo lloviendo, en ese sector tiene pull, sillones y algunas máquinas para ejercitarse, había también un café. El desayunador está en un 1 piso. El desayuno es muyyyy bueno, completo, con todo : frutas, tortas, panificaciones, fiambres, etc. la habitación estaba bien, teníamos balcones a la calle: nota no teníamos ni sillas para sentarnos y observamos que otras habitaciones sí tenían. Conocimos al dueño, un señor muy agradable. Vamos a lo negativo: habitación sucia, servicio de mi cama deficiente. Cortinas que parecían no haberse lavado desde la inauguración, cobertores que tampoco precian muy limpios, la verdad que el hotel está bueno y bien ubicado,y a un muy buen precio, y la puntuación bajo por el servicio de limpieza ruin que hay. Internet no funcionó en la habitación. Los ascensores también estaban sucios (había en construcción un piso más). Deberían mejorar ambas cosas: limpieza en habitación y wifi.

Hotel bom, café da manhã bom quarto bom porém falta um guarda roupa, só tem uma arara pequena pra colocar as roupas, um guarda roupa ficaria top.

nice pool and central on the best beach in Floripa, where the parties take place. Even springbreak, what is NOT in SPRING in Brazil....very Brazilian. Its end November. Good fun, but hotels fully booked.

Ótimo final de semana
Ótima localização, maioria dos serviços como supermercado, cafés, bares é próximo do hotel e a ida até a praia é rápida (entorno de 5min).
Durante toda a estadia, tudo estava em boas condições, limpeza do quarto ok, café da manhã ok, funcionários atenciosos.
Apenas um ponto de atenção é que o estacionamento fica uma quadra atrás do hotel, mas nada que afete a estadia num geral, até por que em 5min a pé, você já chega até o estacionamento (acredito que essa informação poderia já ter sido mencionada).
