This was my third time at the resort and it just gets better and better. From the incredible service and courtesy from Camargo, at the front desk, who got us an amazing room with the best ocean view and provided us reservations for dinner, to the beautiful pools and kids area and dedicated services. My son has a peanut allergy and we got a nutritionist to tailor his meals so we can have a 100% safe and relaxing experience. This time I visited Brazil with my American husband, son and in laws and I wanted to show them the best of Brazil. I couldn’t have chosen a better place. Obrigada Costao, e obrigada Camargo pelo tratamento excepcional. Minha alma brasileira se se te em casa no Costao do Santinho.

How wonderful! Nara our waitress was the best. She made us feel so welcome. With a hard worker. We had the best time all because of her.

The production show were full of energy, the quality of light and sound impeccable. We had a blast. The assistant choreographer Rodrigo Martins is super professional and very inspiring to watch. Dancers overall were great. We had an amazing time.

Great facilities. Pros: Built inside natural space. Superb comfortable apartments. Beautiful Beach. Pools galore and heated. Internal Van transport great. Cons: an overall feeling that cutting corners and offering less than advertised is OK. The food can get repetitive. Saturday lunch was wonderful. Breakfast repetitive. The Italian restaurant is overrated. My experience with the SPA was wonderful. Macarena is top notch.

ESTADIA DECEPCIONANTE
quartos distantes das instalacoes , restaurantes, piscinas
e praia. acesso atraves de uma ladeira muito ingrime nao
recomendado para idosos e pessoas com dificuldade de
locomocao. paguei 3 diarias porem na segunda resolvi
ir embora por conta desta dificuldade. Tentei fazer um upgrade para quartos mais proximos porem nao fui atendido.

Best I’ve ever been to
It has become my top one hotel. We were actually sad we had to leave, that’s how good it is. Incredible food, excellent gardens, pools and activities. The staff is also very attentive and friendly. Will definitely go back.
