Great hotel. Clean cute and comfy. Service was great too. They picked us up from the airport and were prompt. We had dinner upstairs in the restaurant. Great food too. Service was not so good but we think it was our waiters first day and that he’s never eaten at a restaurant before. We got a transfer to their sister hotel in Tikal. Jungle lodge hotel for $20US each.

Nice place, rude staff
We stayed for four nights. The room was nice, A/C very good, room was clean and over all in very good condition. The beds are on wheels, which is annoying.
The staff in the reception are plain rude. After having checked in and paid, we were not once acknowledged as existing. No-one ever looked up, and even though we passed through the reception 20+ times, not once were we greeted. There is often a lot of staff members hanging in reception, but not to the benefit of the clients. There is no elevator, and no help carrying the luggage. Not a problem for us, but I would not recommend to those who might need a hand.
We booked tours through another hotel, where the staff were nice, so it is not a general Flores issue.
Next time we will try to find a friendlier place.

This is definitely one of the top hotels in Flores, even though it is not on the waterfront like many others, its services make up for it. They have various restaurants on site, also a bakery and coffee shop plus a rooftop with the most beautiful sunsets. Due to flight cancellation I had to rebook my stay and the hotel was very accommodating although they were not easy to reach at first, phone works better than e-mail or messaging. For the second night they even managed to secure a seaview room which was much breezier than the city view rooms and Flores is hot and humid in June, the air conditioning does work tremendously well though if preferred. It was also reasonably priced but the rainy season may explain this.

This was a great one night stay in Flores. While the beds were a little hard the cleanliness of the room was great and the restaurants on site were perfection. Front desk staff helpful and given Flores is walking distance to everything it’s in a great location. Would def stay again when we visit Tikal.

Easy check in it was close to everything, had a nice bar and restaurant also the breakfast and coffee shop were great, overall the staff was great
