Love the views from the hotel balcony and the pools were great! This was my 3rd time staying here and it’s never disappointed me.

This is one of our favorite places. Beautiful. Special. Comfortable. Views are incredible. We enjoy sitting at the pool and eating in the restaurants. The setting both inside and out are amazing. Friendly and efficient staff. A place to look forward to!

I accidentally left a paperback in my bedside table. I felt bad because my daughter had just given it to me. I called and through multiple attempts and frustrations I got someone on the phone to direct me on what to do. I completed the appropriate form , submitted,and waited. I did receive a communication from a desk person but then they went on vacation, I reached out later by email again. And I did receive an email that they had found my book and needed my phone number (again?). Which I gave. Another person (George B. -Loss Prevention Supervisor) emailed me and said I needed to fill out a form. I had already done this but did it again. I asked to send my book. I finally got a communication indicating they use a third party lost and found co. Having completed the form again, the company sent the prices to have my paperback book sent…. Prices as follows: • FedEx First Overnight, Custom Package : $148.58* • FedEx 2Day, Custom Package: :$63.58* • FedEx Express Saver, Custom Package : $61.56 * • FedEx Ground Home, Custom Package : $32.59 * • Own Shipping Account, Custom Package REALLY!!!! I consider this an insult as I am an RSA retiree and helped pay for these facilities over the course of my 25 years service. What else is this company “keeping” bc people can’t or won’t pay these ridiculous prices. I will NEVER return to this hotel and I suggest, if you do go, make sure and check all your belongings when you leave.

Construction close to room Too loud. If found in my bed. Waited 25 min in restaurant and left. Ordered food to take to room but the Mgr paid our ticket.

I really appreciate the great hospitality from everyone that my wife and I met during my visit & weekend stay to check out the venue for our Tennessee Healthcare Engineering Association's Conference & Expo. Everybody from the housekeeper, valet guys, and the staff at the restaurants were very friendly. I also want to give a special shout out for Dolly, Beth, and Matt for helping me plan for our C&E with great ideas. I believe that our attendees will be blown away with the hospitality, hotel accommodations, restaurants, and the conference center. All of our THEA board members are looking forward to coming there for the conferences.

UNDER RENOVATION. Several areas were closed and we were not advised when making reservations. Several false alarm evacuations, one resulting in the entire building evacuating to the parking lot while it was raining / sleeting early in the cold morning. No explanations, no apologies, no communications. People waiting outside at emergency exits were left outside after the " all clear" was given because only those at the front entrance were told to come back in. Other times, the lobby and restaurant were closed for a promotional photo shoot. Rooms are clean, the food and service at Swampers are great. And to the manager driving the white Mercedes with A2CERT license plate, please slow down when racing through the parking lot EVERY morning.
