"As a get away, we were told the Gunrunner was special and indeed it was! This was one of the most unique boutique hotels. We stayed in the Billy Reid suite and it was nicely decorated and had a comfy bed with nice linens It doesn't have an elevator and carrying luggage up the wide steps may be a challenge for some people. There is a good coffee shop on the first floor and it is walkable to the downtown. We hope to be back!"

"This hotel is nice and in a great area near the Tennessee River. The only problem was that it is listed as having both indoor and outdoor pools. There is no outdoor pool so that was a big disappointment."

"It was just overnight but we could not get the rate as shown on a site. Our room and our friends room smelled of cigarette smoke but was thinking they would not change it for us. The hotel needs updating in the rooms. The toilet was to low and outdated .think it was a little pricey. I don’t think it was the best choice.Location was good and restaurants close were good also."

"Great location! It is downtown, so the location is perfect if you've got a UNA student or just want to check out the downtown area. The drawback is that it's a bit noisy, but that's part of it! Room was clean and well appointed. I would definitely stay again."
