Leider ist die Anlage häufig vollständig ausgebucht, teilweise auch an externe Gäste, wodurch Punktinhaber mitunter zu kurz kommen. Es ist frustrierend, wenn wir erfahren, dass Bekannte erfolgreich gebucht haben, während wir unsere gesammelten Punkte nicht einlösen können – insbesondere da wir auf die Schulferien angewiesen sind. Seit der Einführung der neuen Reservations-Slots haben wir nun vorausschauend fixe Termine in unserer Agenda reserviert;/), dass es nun auch immer klappt;-). Besonders schätzen wir die Nähe zum Skilift und den örtlichen Angeboten. Das Hallenbad ist das absolute Highlight für unser Kind und kaum mehr wegzudenken. Die Anlage ist insgesamt top, sehr gepflegt und immer eine Empfehlung wert. Bis nächstes Jahr;-)

Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub. Leider viel zu schnell vorbei. Die Mitarbeiter von Hapimag haben durch ihr Freundlichkeit dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns zu Hause gefühlt haben. Unsere Tochter hat auch gleich Anschluß gefunden. Die Ostereiersuche war schön gestaltet. Sofia und Yasemin hatten die Rasselbande im Griff. Besonders zu erwähnen das alkoholfreie Getränkeangebot ist eine Probe wert.

ideal für Skifahrer und Bergbegeisterte, da die Seilbahnen direkt nebenan sind. zum Entspannen gibt es im Resort einen schönen Wellnessbereich.

bis auf Kleinigkeiten war der Aufenthalt erholsam und zu empfehlen. In der Endsaison muss man sich gut erkundigen, wann welche Ziellokale geöffnet sind sonst steht man nach langer Wanderung vor verschlossenem Lokal. Die Fahrt mit dem Bernina Express ist leider nicht im Resort zu buchen. Selbst Online erfährt man nicht alles z.Bsp.dass jeder Express zwei Wagons ohne Panoramafenster am Zuganfang hat, wo keine Platzreservierung (33,-CHF) gebraucht wird. Direkte Buchung am Bahnhof Chur ist also zu empfehlen und äußerst zuvorkommend.

Hapimag verdient ein besonderes Lob dafür, ihre Resorts respektvoll und geradezu mit Leidenschaft in die regionale Umgebung zu integrieren. Das Restaurant ist eine echte "Bündner Stube" - von der Ausstattung bis zur Menüauswahl. Die Häuser sind einfach, aber zweckmässig eingerichtet und gut unterhalten. Die Nähe zu den Bergbahnen ist kaum zu übertreffen. Der Kontakt mit dem Personal ist jedes Mal eine Freude.
