"Everything was perfect. My only minor complaint is that the room window only tilted open and couldn't be fully opened, though I assume that's due to some regulation. It was a wonderful stay nonetheless."

"Lovely quiet hotel. Nice modern room and bathroom. Double room comprises of two double beds pushed together, comfortable mattress and pillows. Very clean hotel, room cleaned daily and towels changed. The food was excellent with a good selection. Pool area was quiet, only used by a few people, so finding a sunbed is not an issue. Larger pool with slides etc in sister hotel was used by families. All staff were friendly, helpful and not speaking Spanish did not cause me any problems, staff were able to understand me. I did see a few smiles when I tried asking for something in spanish, goodness knows what I was saying. Bus to benidorm stops outside sister hotel, to go to benidorm stand at the stop opposite the bus shelter. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely holiday experience and I hope to be back in the future."

Hotel la Plantación

"The hotel is beautifully located, a little away and above the hustle and bustle by the sea. The complex was recently completely renovated and the hacienda-like house shines in stately splendor. We were in room number 3 which was new and modern and had direct access to the garden and pool. The beautiful garden with old trees, which is laid out around the pool, offers many opportunities to sit and relax. A place to feel really comfortable and unwind. When the hotel owner surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine and pieces of melon, this crowned the wonderful stay."

Apartamentos Oasis de La Cala

"booked this apartment for a few days whilst on a business trip and was absolutely amazed with what we were offered. Very large with 2 big bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, large lounge with huge tv, dining area and kitchen fully equipped including washing machine. Very well furnished and tastefully decorated . Meals were taken outside on the very large equipped balcony offering great views. There were sauna , jacuzzi and swimming pool available and beach and bars all within short walking distance."

"The hotel do not communicate, and after advising before the date that a member was rushed into hospital with kidney failure, the hotel is not responding to a new date that I was promised could be done. Both the booking agent have been ringing and sending emails,but they have not responded since taking my money under false pretences. I am going down the legal route no. It's common knowledge that communication is very important when running a business."

"The hotel is ok,the food is basic the only decent food here is the breakfast, there's no entertainment for children here we stayed for a week and every night it was flamenco or ball room dancing for the elderly people which seemed to be most of the guests here, the area around the hotel is OK with a few shops but not many stay open later than 6.i wouldn't recommend to families"

"Sliding door to garden is difficult to open. Toaster didn't work. Coffee machine runs slowly and coffee is only lukewarm. Shower needs to be renovated"
