Hotel Emmy - Five Elements

Partiamo dai lati postivi. Bel panorama. Bella struttura. Personale di sala colazione e cena ottimi anche se con qualche errore o sbavatura ma compensato ampiamente dalla cortesia e gentilezza in particolare dal capo sala (non ricordo il nome purtroppo ma ragazzo davvero gentile a modo e molto bravo nel suo lavoro che a causa di un ritardo nel Portare i piatti la Prima sera si è scusato mille volte e ci ha offerto da bere per farsi perdonare. I gesti contano. E molto. ) e soprattutto dalla signora Cesarina Di una cortesia e gentilezza davvero incredibili. Davvero la n. 1. Brava. Buona anche la spa sia Adulti sia quella famiglia. Lati negativi : inziamo col dire che per un imprevisto lavorativo sarebbe stato meglio tornare un gg prima. Così ho chiamato chiedendo se partendo prima avrei avuto un rimborso (capisco che non fosse possibile) o almeno un buono per una prossima volta ( cosa che mi è già successa più volte in altri hotel 4 stelle) ma ovviamente mi hanno risposto freddamente no. Se va via prima paga tutti i giorni. Va bene. L’ho accettato a malincuore. Altro lato negativo i massaggi. Non all’altezza di un 4 stelle non ne vale proprio la pena. In più mia moglie lo ha fatto di 50 minuti mentre io di 25 ma mi hanno fatto pagare comunque per 50 minuti. Ovviamente ho protestato ricordando che avevo chiesto due orari e se potevo concordare la tipologia del massaggio al momento. Mi è stato detto di sì ma a quanto pare per loro tipologia non comporta anche la scelta se 50 o 25 minuti. Quindi in sostanza ho fatto un massaggio non granché di 25 minuti e pagato il doppio come se avessi fatto 50 minuti. Dicendomi noi l’abbiamo pagata per 50. Ok ma è un problema vostro se lei vi ha riferito così. Non mio. Inoltre anche in mala fede la Massaggiatrice dato che quando le ho detto che non potevo farlo di 50 non mi ha detto che avrei pagato per 50. Ha taciuto consapevolmente. Altra nota negativa la sala giochi freddissima e tenuta male. Freccette rotte e anche qualche altro gioco tenuto male. Infine rifacendo le valige e controllando di non aver scordato nulla abbiamo visto che sotto il letto c’era una ciabatta di plastica non nostra(chissà da quanto tempo). Quindi la pulizia c’è ma superficiale direi come si deduce anche da qualche ragnatela. In conclusione non torneremo di certo in questo hotel e non posso consigliarlo dato che nonostante i miei soldi Siano stati buoni e abbandonati mi hanno scontentato facendomi pagare qualcosa in più di cui non ho usufruito e per la quale le mie lamentele sono cadute nel vuoto con freddezza. Non hanno neanche provato a rimediare offrendoci un qual cosa. Come perdersi in un bicchiere d’acqua. Mai più. Addio per sempre

We were here for my 40th and I have to say that everything was wonderful from the hospitality of the staff to the tree that was truly beautiful, surrounded by greenery, the junior suite was beautiful, large with a walk-in closet, 2 bathrooms, the wellness center equipped with every comfort with a swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath, dinner at the restaurant in the evening, truly pleasant, delicious dishes, warm hotel with qualified and always smiling staff.. thank you, we had a really good time.. we will be back ❤️❤️❤️☺️

This was our first time at this lovely hotel. It was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, whether at reception, in the restaurant or the housekeeping staff. You just feel at home in this hotel. The food was really delicious. There was something for every taste (star level). The wellness area was top-notch with an indoor and outdoor pool and two saunas. There was a games room for all ages (darts, table tennis, etc.). The rooms were very comfortable. The oak panoramic room. We slept very well. The walk-in closet was great! The bathroom and toilet were very clean. The free ski bus was close to the Seiser Alm. What more could you want? We'll definitely be back.

Der Blick aus dem Zimmer ist traumhaft. Der Wellnessbereich ist toll. Leider entspricht das Abendessen nicht der köstlichen Küche Südtirols. Die Speisen sind lieblos angerichtet, geschmacklich unausgewogen abgeschmeckt, lauwarm und seltsam kombiniert.

The hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking the hamlet of Fiè, a stone's throw from the center, and has a beautiful wooden structure, recently renovated. The rooms are warm and comfortable. We stayed in the annex for price reasons. So I don't want to describe the substantial difference in the room, it would be obvious and we were already budgeting for this. The annex is however a beautiful comfortable quadruple room with a small terrace. Located on the second floor without a lift. We had to carry our suitcases up and down the stairs, not exactly comfortable. It is located in an unrenovated area of ​​the hotel, connected both externally and internally with a corridor on the -1 floor, cold, and not very comfortable, given the absence of a lift. I don't want to criticize, but I'm telling things as they are. I repeat, we knew that the room didn't have all the comforts since it was cheaper, but access, and the lift, perhaps was due. THE PROS: -The shuttle is convenient. It arrives at the foot of the ski lifts, and has different departure and return times, for those who ski it is definitely a plus instead of using the municipal bus. -The SPA and Relaxation Area is beautiful. With my little son we used it in the morning and in the afternoon, it has an outdoor and an indoor space, with a door that opens, it is always very clean, welcoming, warm, I liked it a lot. -The BAR Area: it is a nice area to rest at any time of the day, and also after dinner to have a chat and have a drink. There are games available to everyone. -The Restaurant Area: it is a beautiful room that overlooks the village of Fiè, very nice to have breakfast in the morning and in the evening. We had a nice table, we were happy. Car parking: Convenient, free and very close to the hotel entrance. -Staff: Kind, courteous. A special mention goes to the cleaning ladies and waiters, good and kind. CONS: -Dinner/Breakfast: We were not thrilled with the food. The dishes were very local, but not cooked to perfection, in short, for a 4 Star S. Something needs to be revised. I didn't eat anything unforgettable, I never finished my dishes. The desserts were terrible. Honestly, making a cream sprinkled here and there with chopped kiwi doesn't seem like a dessert. In 1 week of Christmas, never a strudel with ice cream, or a tiramisu, a dessert in short! They tried to make a panna cotta but it was a kind of soft pudding. I don't know. The appetizer buffet was at the end a salad buffet. (I mean, it's fine, but it wasn't an appetizer, it was really poor, compared to hotels of the same type in Trentino). Breakfast was missing something... There were no cakes, but frozen croissants, in short... something was missing... in the details. -The games room for the older ones: FROZEN! But I say... I saw a kind of heater, a radiator that my grandfather had when he was young, unacceptable. But you have a very nice structure, why not find a way to heat it?
