The stairwell is narrow, and the waiter will help you carry your luggage upstairs. The room hygiene, especially the bathroom, is average, with obvious stains. The hotel is in a great location and is close to the market. Unfortunately, during the few days we went there, the internet was very bad and there was an abnormal network failure. As a result, we were unable to use our credit card to pay for the room and taxes. We had to walk to another hotel to pay. The room cannot even receive the 4G mobile phone network, there is not a single signal.

Amazing riad with a very nice breakfast and staff! The owner spent 3 years renovating and it shows. Location around it is safe but can appear run down but I prefer the term ‘historic’. Loved my stay there and they were so kind! Thank you !

The road was nice, quite and very clean. Haddou was very hospitable and helpful. The room was nice but a little claustrophobic. The bathroom was clean and would be nice to have a head shower instead of the hand shower. Overall was good stay.

What a joy to have spent a week of vacation at the Riad Adarissa in Fez, very well located. Very warm welcome by Haddou whose wife Hannane prepared us an excellent breakfast and a delicious meal every evening. The Riad is magnificent and has been restored with great taste. Very comfortable room, excellent bedding. Very clean. We felt at home there. Many thanks again to Haddou, Hanane, Nourredine and Fatima who are adorable and always ready to help. I have already had the opportunity to stay in riads but this one is by far the best and I hope to be able to return there again. M. Belgium

We stayed 2 nights here in Fes. Our family enjoyed this beautifully decorated Riad. The guardians, Haddouk Hallou and wife made a very good host. We felt welcomed and at home. Haddock was very helpful and took the extra steps to assist our stays in Fes. His wife, Hannah cooked us a delicious chicken Tagine. A great place to be 😄😄
