樓梯間比較狹窄，服務員會幫忙提行李上樓。房間衞生特別是衞生間，比較一般，污漬明顯。床墊和被子很舒服，睡得很不錯。早餐看上去很豐盛，你懂的，其實就是麪包，果醬，果汁薄荷茶。民宿老闆和員工喜歡互動。

The hotel is in a great location and is close to the market. Unfortunately, during the few days we went there, the internet was very bad and there was an abnormal network failure. As a result, we were unable to use our credit card to pay for the room and taxes. We had to walk to another hotel to pay. The room cannot even receive the 4G mobile phone network, there is not a single signal.

Lovely little hotel with good food and great service. Haddou and Hannae are the best! We were two girls traveling solo and they pretty much adopted us and made us feel really safe in Fès. They were always helpful in all regards. Not to forget regular and delicious tea service!

Ryad very well located in the medina, a stone's throw from the Bou Inania madrasa and a host of artisans. Carefully furnished according to the codes of the classic riad, Norredine welcomes us as an attentive host and leaves us in the good care and knowledge of Haddou for whom Fez and its surroundings have no more secrets. All the staff were charming, discreet and efficient. Their kindness warmed our hearts.

Have a great time, we were supposed to stay 7 days but unfortunately we had to leave before, very well located near the medina, we met MR Abdou who was very kind to us and very helpful as well as the rest of the staff. Very endearing I hope to come back very soon..just for the staff. The breakfast was very generous. I recommend the Riad.. All in all a big thank you Abdou (Aziz and Dounia 😉)

Our stay at Riad Adarissa exceeded our expectations in every way. We selected it based on the reviews and its location in the Medina. The property itself is authentic old world Morroco and the hospitality was out of this world. They arranged a driver to meet us at the airport who took us to the walls of the Medina. Haddou, our host at the Riad, met us there and helped us navigate the winding streets to the property where we met Jean Claude the owner. Our guest room was very unique, nothing like the many chain hotels we stay in. But that’s exactly what we were looking for…an authentic Morrocan experience. What really made this stay exceptional was the service. We felt like guests in Jean Claude’s home and enjoyed many conversations with him over dinner. He couldn’t have been more hospitable. Haddou is an absolute gem and made our stay one we will remember forever. There was nothing he wouldn’t do to make our stay more enjoyable. His wife, Hanane, a trained chef, prepared our dinner all four nights of our stay. The food was so delicious and the hospitality so delightful we decided to enjoy all our dinners at the Riad. Our stay ended with Haddou leading us out of the Medina and making sure we were in a taxi headed to the train station. I find in my travel experiences that it’s the people that make a stay memorable and in this case unforgettable.

Located in the medina near the blue gate. Has 5 rooms all different. The Riad has its charm and very quiet. It must be said that we were alone during our stay ... The room has air conditioning and is comfortable but small. Terrace with beautiful view on the roof. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast included. Good and plentiful.

This riad was a lovely find when booking our trip. The room was basically a mini suite with a sofa and tv area at one end as well a very large bathroom. After the noise pf the city it was brilliant to come back to a nice relaxing space and the air con helped too! The staff there were very friendly and helpful. Haddou and his wife were lovely and excellent hosts especially when one of us was unwell. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking part of the old city was an unexpected bonus.
