+ ночью очень тихо, свежий воздух, хороший отдых;
+ удобная территория с обзорной площадкой и беседками;
+ есть собственная внутренняя парковка для автомобилей;
+ хорошо работает Wi-Fi на всей территории отеля;
+ рядом с отелем на горе есть прогулочная зона и достопримечательности;
+ персонал очень приветливый;
~ на завтрак нет особого разнообразия блюд, но всё вкусно.

I went only for the fabulous views of the mountains and the city. Perhaps because it was getting late, I had the worst service: we waited for ever to get the food and drinks.

Stayed 3 nights. The rooms smelled like mold/mildew. Very outdated. Food in restaurant was disappointing. Morning breakfast buffet had shortage of coffee/cups as well as dishes. View is only redeeming factor but given room, did not make up for the aroma.

I loved this place. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. You can change all kinds of foreign money at the desk. I was able to change two different kinds of money into dirhams. The staff that greeted me and took my luggage up was wonderful. The views from the bedroom windows over the city are gorgeous. You can look out into the city and at night the lights twinkle. I didn't even want to close my curtains. It was a little too chilly to use the pool but if I come back during warmer weather it looks nice. Nice little patio area near the pool to sit and relax and have a drink or tea if you choose. I really enjoyed my stay here.

We walked into the hotel and thought ‘wow’ but then we walked into our bedroom! It was somewhat ‘tired’ and in need of decoration and refurbishment. I then walked into the bathroom- my photos tell the tale! As there wasn’t a kettle in the room I went to reception to ask if we could have one ‘No’ was the firm reply. I then asked if I could borrow an iron ‘No’ again. I pointed out that this had been the norm in other hotels. Grim faced silence! Not even a laundry list and bag were in evidence. The food at dinner time was just lukewarm and totally unappetising. Apparently there are other dining rooms but our group was not given access to them. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

I came for drinks at the bar rather than staying in the actual hotel itself. However, on the way out I used the ATM machine in the lobby. It did NOT notify me that it would be taking a fee and did NOT notify me what that fee would be. When the transaction went through it took 65dh. DO NOT USE THIS ATM - UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HIT WITH HIGH HIDDEN FEES. Very Disappointing!!!
