+ отличное место расположения отеля и прекрасный вид на город с возвышенности;
+ ночью очень тихо, свежий воздух, хороший отдых;
+ удобная территория с обзорной площадкой и беседками;
+ есть собственная внутренняя парковка для автомобилей;
+ хорошо работает Wi-Fi на всей территории отеля;
+ рядом с отелем на горе есть прогулочная зона и достопримечательности;
+ персонал очень приветливый;
~ на завтрак нет особого разнообразия блюд, но всё вкусно.

Stayed 3 nights. The rooms smelled like mold/mildew. Very outdated. Food in restaurant was disappointing. Morning breakfast buffet had shortage of coffee/cups as well as dishes. View is only redeeming factor but given room, did not make up for the aroma.

I loved this place. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. You can change all kinds of foreign money at the desk. I was able to change two different kinds of money into dirhams. The staff that greeted me and took my luggage up was wonderful. The views from the bedroom windows over the city are gorgeous. You can look out into the city and at night the lights twinkle. I didn't even want to close my curtains. It was a little too chilly to use the pool but if I come back during warmer weather it looks nice. Nice little patio area near the pool to sit and relax and have a drink or tea if you choose. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Forse un 3 stelle, camere piccole ed arredo vetusto, il terzo letto una brandina scomoda, buffet scadente, nelle zone comuni aria condizionata altissima anche se la stagione è fredda, vale solo per la bellissima posizione sulla collina con vista sulla città, si può stare una notte.

Vue extraordinaire sur la vieille ville de Fès, en particulier du troisième étage où les espaces de travail offrent un cadre exceptionnel (vue, coupole ouvrante...). L'accueil est très aimable et attentionné avec une grande corbeille de fruits dans la chambre ainsi qu'un plateau de pâtisseries et d'un assortimeent de fruits secs. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits XXL confortables.

I came for drinks at the bar rather than staying in the actual hotel itself. However, on the way out I used the ATM machine in the lobby. It did NOT notify me that it would be taking a fee and did NOT notify me what that fee would be. When the transaction went through it took 65dh. DO NOT USE THIS ATM - UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HIT WITH HIGH HIDDEN FEES. Very Disappointing!!!

La vista sulla città è impagabile e c'è una bella piscina non utilizzata per il freddo. Le camere sarebbero da ristrutturare, il cibo è discreto e ci è stato servito a tavola a pranzo e a cena poiché eravamo in pochi; mi hanno spiegato che quando ci sono molti ospiti si mangia a buffet. La colazione è nella media è comunque non è da 5 stelle.
