Un lieu d’exception !!! Un palais de rêve, une suite royale, des repas et petits déjeuner délicieux, les oiseaux au rendez-vous, des terrasses en toitures de plus en plus hautes, vues incroyables sur la ville, les minarets, et puis sans Hamsa et Mamadou le rêve n’aurait pas été aussi beau !!! Un grand merci à tous les deux pour leur sourire, leur attention si généreuse, et aussi un grand merci aux cuisinières toujours souriantes dans leur cuisine parfumées d’épices et d’herbes . ❤️❤️❤️ Annick et Jérôme

The Hotel & Spa Riad Dar Bensouda has been our BEST experience in Morocco!! From the moment we were welcomed into the exquisite and prestine Riad by Youssef and Sadik, we felt like Royalty. Their professionalism and guine kind hearts were paramount in exceeding our expectations by 100%!! Our room was beautufully decorated, immaculate, massive and the bed was divine to sleep in!! Youseff, Sadik, Nour, Said and the wonderful women (who's names I did not get🙁) all went above and beyond in every detail of our stay. I cannot express enough how grateful we are for all of their help and effort in making our stay in Fez amazing!! 1000 x shukran!! Also, an extra special thank you to Sadik. You are so very kind for packing us a meal for our trip to Chefchaouen, this morning. Lastly, a huge thank you to Youssef for making us so comfortable and treating us like family!! We hope to come visit again!!

When you enter from door, prepare yourself to see such a amazing athmosphere with softly selected music. Staying at rooftop was beautiful. Listening ezan is amazing. Bastilla was perfect. Must try!And the art in here is so cool. Highly recommended. Pond is tempting. Yazıd is welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended.

Zeer mooie, gezellige riad in het hart van de Medina. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Enig nadeeltje dat we hebben ervaren: onze kamer grensde aan het binnenpleintje waar wat hoger in de bloemenstruik een massa vogels zat, welk 's ochtends voor dag en dauw een enorm kabaal produceerden..

It was an absolute pleasure spending our final days at the Riad. The entire team was so warm and welcoming, instantly making us feel at home. Hamza and Assis stood out in particular, going above and beyond to make our stay truly special. À la prochaine fois!

Normally i never write reviews but the kindness of the staff had leave me with a great taste in my mouth, it was my first time in a riad so i was amazed by the history of the place, they almost organised everything for me , tours and booking the haman and also best recommandations for restaurants nearby Speacial Thanks to yassin and all the staff

Le riad est magnifique et offre tout le confort nécessaire. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et attentionné, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Yazid pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Il a été aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour, veillant à ce que nous ne manquions de rien.
