zeer grote riad met meerdere binnentuinen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Comfortabele kamers en badkamers. Nadeel : veel trappen lopen ( de binnenplaatsen liggen niet allemaal op hetzelfde niveau), zwembadje niet meer verwarmd in november. De menukaart is beperkt, wanneer je een gerecht wil van de "internationale keuken", moet je ruim voordien dat aanvragen (wisten we niet). Goede ligging.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with booking a hotel. First, there were no parking spots near the building and the one that we found had a fee. It took us more than 18 minutes to reach the hotel, with the pathway being filled ups and downs. Inside the room, there is no internet, no phone and no services to contact the reception. Before we reserve the hotel, we contacted them to have either to connected rooms or next to each other’s as we are travelling with our children. However, we were shocked as both rooms are located in different locations. The location is too secluded for restaurant deliveries to reach. We weren’t notified about any of these things. I am writing this comment to make sure that no one else is going to be scammed as what happened to us.

My friend and I came for a massage and it was all amazing, the tea, service and staff were all great! Massage was what we asked for and reasonably priced. The staff fit us in very swiftly without a booking which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you for having us and making us feel welcome.

Un lieu d’exception !!! Un palais de rêve, une suite royale, des repas et petits déjeuner délicieux, les oiseaux au rendez-vous, des terrasses en toitures de plus en plus hautes, vues incroyables sur la ville, les minarets, et puis sans Hamsa et Mamadou le rêve n’aurait pas été aussi beau !!! Un grand merci à tous les deux pour leur sourire, leur attention si généreuse, et aussi un grand merci aux cuisinières toujours souriantes dans leur cuisine parfumées d’épices et d’herbes . ❤️❤️❤️ Annick et Jérôme

The Hotel & Spa Riad Dar Bensouda has been our BEST experience in Morocco!! From the moment we were welcomed into the exquisite and prestine Riad by Youssef and Sadik, we felt like Royalty. Their professionalism and guine kind hearts were paramount in exceeding our expectations by 100%!! Our room was beautufully decorated, immaculate, massive and the bed was divine to sleep in!! Youseff, Sadik, Nour, Said and the wonderful women (who's names I did not get) all went above and beyond in every detail of our stay. I cannot express enough how grateful we are for all of their help and effort in making our stay in Fez amazing!! 1000 x shukran!! Also, an extra special thank you to Sadik. You are so very kind for packing us a meal for our trip to Chefchaouen, this morning. Lastly, a huge thank you to Youssef for making us so comfortable and treating us like family!! We hope to come visit again!!

When you enter from door, prepare yourself to see such a amazing athmosphere with softly selected music. Staying at rooftop was beautiful. Listening ezan is amazing. Bastilla was perfect. Must try!And the art in here is so cool. Highly recommended. Pond is tempting. Yazıd is welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended.

Zeer mooie, gezellige riad in het hart van de Medina. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Enig nadeeltje dat we hebben ervaren: onze kamer grensde aan het binnenpleintje waar wat hoger in de bloemenstruik een massa vogels zat, welk 's ochtends voor dag en dauw een enorm kabaal produceerden..
