Tuvieron un problema con la reserva y no tenían habitaciones para nosotros. Nos trasladaron a otro hotel pero, de inferior calidad. Finalmente la siguiente noche volvimos al Dar Hidaya. Nos compensaron con una cena por los problemas. Aunque la experiencia empezó regular, lo fueron solventando y nos trataron muy bien.
La habitación muy cómoda y el desayuno y la cena muy bien. También nos facilitaron la búsqueda de taxi y nos acompañaron. No pongo 5 estrellas por ese detalle del inicio.

設施：除了一些小問題， 其他都挺好的。床🛏很舒服，房間裏面有小衣櫃，這個價位的房間有30平米，還供應早餐，性價比真的很高！
衞生：很乾凈的一個民宿！
環境：與外面買東西的吵鬧聲形成了鮮明的對比，衹要一進到這裏麪，就會感覺極其的安靜，很適合緩解工作壓力的旅遊。
服務：這個民宿就4個員工（兩個前台+兩個清潔工），上午的時候可以在廚房那邊看到那兩個清潔工，其他的時候大部分就衹有一個前台💁🏻人員，有時間這兩個前台員工都在。我去的是淡季，在那裡住的兩晚衹有我一個客人，所以那基本上就是我花了最少的錢💰享受到了4個人的服務。有什麼問題去問那兩個前台人員，他們都很和顏悦色並且很耐心地傾聽並盡力幫助你，我走的那天早上還幫我搬着🧳🧳帶去主路上打了出租車，以至於我離開前給了他們每人50迪拉姆的消費。每天晚上他們兩個前台人員都會在廚房裡麪做晚飯吃，還免費邀請我吃。不吃辣且口味不是很重的，可以試試塔吉鍋，味道還是不錯的，尤其是香味特別濃郁。接前一個評論的150迪拉姆晚餐，個人覺得這是正常價位，因為你去外面的餐館（不包括路邊攤）吃同樣的餐食或者你去附近的中國餐館吃中餐，花費也是差不多的。至於礦泉水，這屬於正常現象了，你去酒店或者景區，礦泉水飲料都是比其他很多地方貴好幾倍的。但是如果你在酒店餐廳裏面詢問熱開水，大部分情況下都是免費🆓的。所以與其喝冷的礦泉水，為什麼不喝熱開水呢（僅限冬季，夏季就不用和熱水了🤣）？總之，我下次來這個城市旅遊，可能還會訂這一家民宿，所以我也推薦來這邊旅遊的人也來這裏住上一兩晚。

У меня был чудесный Стафф Мохамед♥️ Все объяснил, рассказал о безопасности на Медине, помог снять отличное видео для моих соцсетей, был очень отзывчивым, и заботливым, и приготовил самый вкусный ужин в Марокко)
Однозначно рекомендую к посещению, сам рияд очень милый, выдержан в традициях. Мне не хватило чистоты в санузле, и тв с нетфликс, тк по вечерам гулять небезопасно, а развлечь перед сном себя нечем

Best Hotel in Marrakesh
Our hotel stay was extremely amazing. The staff are super friendly, our room was beautiful. There is a terrace as well where you can enjoy the view and get in the pool. Our breakfast was also the best hotel breakfast we had in Morocco (stayed in 4 different hotels, this is the best). I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved my stay at Dar Hidaya! The riad is conveniently located off the main walkway and near the parking lot (since you cannot drive in the Medina), so it was less than 5 mins walk to grab a taxi/shuttle. The hosts were so welcoming and I felt right at home. The room and bed were very comfortable, as well as a good AC unit that was so nice after a day of walking around under the hot sun! I would highly recommend staying here for the friendliness, warm hospitality and I almost forgot to mention the complimentary breakfast each morning! I loved the fresh OJ, coffee with an assortment of different breads with honey and butter spreads. I stayed a total of 4 nights but could have easily stayed longer because of the hospitality. Thank you!

I loved this riad! Cozy and very friendly staff. They arranged a taxi before arrival and they had answers to all my questions. I asked for a tour guide and that was arranged too. My room was so cozy and beautifully decorated. I slept wonderfully every day! Mohammed, Moha, mustafa, zakaria, Hassan, esmea & zaineb are all amazing and so inviting. The breakfast was very nice and a lot. For the price of this riad this is So worth your money! Mohammed is an amazing Cook and made so much beautifull meals. Thank you for inviting me to iftar. I appreciate you all. I Will defently be back.
