I had high expectations and made reservations long in advance. Arriving in Fes at night, it was raining, a young man started giving me directions without asking me for a tip, and when I finally arrived, for some reason he asked me to have tea on the rooftop? I was guided to a restaurant. I endured the rain and was extremely cold, hoping to check in as soon as possible.
After a while, I was told that there were no rooms available and that I would be taken to a different location. I was disappointed as I was really tired and had been looking forward to Riyadh.
When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel staff kept saying things like ``Don't worry,'' and it was a strange atmosphere. I didn't feel sincerity. I no longer have good memories of the city of Fez.

Great atmosphere, friendly hosts, and great traditional reasonably priced food. Would highly recommend. Mahmoud, hamza, amin and jad all great guys who know how to put on a good evening. If you are in fes and need food this is where you should go

Séjour de 3 nuits . L’établissement propose un service pour vous récupérer à l’aéroport . Très pratique pour accéder au Riad. Le Riad est très beau et typique , coloré . La terrasse est un vrai plus . Nous avons séjourné dans une des chambres du Rez de chaussée qui réduit la tranquillité du séjour (beaucoup de bruits , de lumière , du passage du au restaurant et la salle à manger du bas est le lieu de vie de la famille) . La chambre est propre. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, surtout par Jad qui s’est nous mettre à l’aise et parle très bien le Français et l’allemand. Des notre arrivée , nous avons eu droit au thé à la menthe. Le petit déjeuner est bon servi de 8h30 à 10h30. Il est possible de manger sur place (cuisine savoureuse) Le Riad est bien placé dans la médina , au calme des rues principales. Le soir cela peut être angoissant d’accéder au Riad si nous sommes seuls.

Le parfait endroit pour déguster un tajine au calme , ce restaurent et sa terrasse panoramique sont a tomber. Les serveur vous parle dans votre langue et sont tres sympathique. Le resto est dure a trouver mais est fléchée ➡️. bref au top pour tout vos repas

Buona cucina tipica marocchina – abbiamo provato antipasto di verdure, tajine kefta e cous cous royal. Personale giovane e molto gentile, in particolare Jad, che ha uno spiccato talento per le lingue. Piacevole la veranda, prezzo onesto.

The chef, mother to our attentive, friendly, articulate, and skillful waiters, should be in the Michelin guide. The assorted salad dishes - eggplant, beets, carrots, two potato salads, cucumbers - were seasoned superbly. We ordered three entrees, each excellent. Steep stairs to the terrace rooftop are well worth the climb to glass walled, intimate, comfy dining room. Bravo!

Eten was heel lekker. We hebben een menu gekozen. Het voorgerecht heel gevarieerd en lekker. De tagine was lekker van smaak en het vlees was super mals. Als toetje kregen we fruit en Marokkaanse koekjes met thee. Heerlijke afsluiter. Bediening was goed en de jongens waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam

We were so happy staying in this family-run Riad in the centre of Fes. The warm welcome began as Amine (a member of the family) met us at the taxi drop off and escorted us to the riad (which would have been very hard to find in the maze-like streets of Fes old town). They gave us so much information about the city and couldn’t have been more helpful. I recommend booking some tours through them as they were great. We were made to feel very much at home there. The rooms were absolutely stunning! I also recommend eating in their rooftop restaurant upstairs-all the food was delicious. This was a true authentic Moroccan experience. Thank you so much Abdul, Amine, Ouslid and Mahmoud (and the rest of the family)!

I’d definitely stay again
The staff were so fantastic. Amin & Adnan went above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. The Riad is beautiful inside and well kept. The beds were comfortable. Dinner was one of the best we’ve had on our trip.
