It’s 2025, and this is the first time I’ve seen an actual hotel room key—yes, you’re not hallucinating, a real metal key, lol. The sink faucet water came out slowly, and a sewage smell lingered in the room throughout the night. Thankfully, it was just one night in Fes, so I didn’t even bother making a complaint. Definitely would not recommend, nor will I be back.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel as part of an eight day Morocco tour. Our room was clean and comfortable but the corridors were noisy. The dining area had good Fes views. Our include meal on the first night was very poor in both selection and presentation. I ordered a beer and this came in the smallest bottle that has ever existed at a cost of $6. There was a marked improvement on the second night food offering. Breakfast more 2* than 4*. We had a couple of minor room issues and this involved talking to the most grumpy reception manager I have ever met in years of traveling.

Hmm not a great experience As others have noted there is very little choice of food for breakfast and dinner In the 8th floor rooms there is much scraping of chairs noise from the restaurant above No water no coat hangers window did not shut WiFi poor overcharged for drinks and they refuse to charge to the room Only plus was the bed was very comfortable

Rooms were clean and tidy, but very little to offer. Minimal complimentary items and the water pressure was extremely weak. The dinner at the hotel was poor. Food was barely warm and very little selection. Tried to order off the additional cost menu and everything I tried to order they didn’t have. No bar or pool unfortunately.

Hotel was ok, but just. Got put here as part of a tour. Buffet dinners were terrible- we went out to eat instead. Breakfasts similarly underwhelming. Rooms ok, need updating, quite small. Not a place I would have chosen. Location was ok, close to nice restaurants and felt safe. Would give this one a pass…

We stayed here while on a group tour. Clean and comfortable room. The restaurant had limited choices in the buffet. Soup, served every evening, was suitable for vegetarians. Other than that, there were salads and meat options. Breakfast was of mediocre quality. No fresh fruit served.

This was the nicest hotel we stayed at while in Morocco. The rooms were beautiful, close to the city centre. The rooftop restaurant was pleasant and the staff were attentive. A good choice for dinner.

We had a nice stay. Great service from Marcos who was there breakfast and dinner. He made our stay pleasant and went above and beyond to help. He was just wonderful. Great place to see the sun set over the city.
