The room was excellent, perfect for families with children. The owner provided incredibly thoughtful service, arranging transportation for us. Her family even personally greeted us upon arrival and saw us off. She kindly helped me book tickets for a local Fenghuang performance, securing fantastic seats! She also organized a boat tour and got me a discount on the tickets. The entire experience was incredibly relaxing and pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located, with everything within easy walking distance. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and am already looking forward to it!

The room was generally clean. Given its riverside location, there were quite a few mosquitoes, but the night view was beautiful. The location was relatively easy to find. Before my arrival, hotel staff proactively contacted me via WeChat. Once I was in the car, I called them, and they guided the driver to the location. The service was excellent, and its proximity to tourist attractions was also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of Fenghuang Ancient City. The room's decor and amenities were also very unique and had a lot of character. The owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit next time.

We had one night in Fenghuang on our way from Zhangjiajie. The town is absolutely beautiful and from our room on the 3rd floor we had a breathtaking view of the river. The reception was very helpful and helped us plan our one evening & morning to its max. Absolutely recommend!

Amazing accomodation in a best place with beautiful view to a river! Quality of the room and the breakfast was very high!

Staff is very good, 100% recommended, will stay again. The room is good and clean. The staff has a very good service mind. It is close to tourist attractions. There are many restaurants near the hotel and there are convenience stores.

Nice hotel to stay in Fenghuang. Would totally recommend! Wouldn’t recommend if you can not go up stairs because there is no lift.

Good clean room with what I would consider as a very scenic view at the bend along the river. Easily accessible via road by the back gate. Very helpful and proactive staff who will offer a lot of information and can help to arrange transport if needed to nearby attractions.
