Overall good experience,very good location and very nice and friendly hotel staff. They will go an extra step to make you comfortable. No electric kettle for coffee in the room, but in the lobby for 24/7 which is a minus point for me. Shower space is good, room size is huge. We loved our stay. Good dining options in short walk. Small but strong air conditioning, hot water was also good for shower. Good stay.

Nice hotel with friendly staff in a good location, but shame there wasn’t a proper desk in the room and no lift.

Overall is Ok. The location is very convinient and sunday night market is just around the corner.

Amazing location very close to everything in Old City! Staff were lovely and helpful just need to ring a bell at the reception if you can’t find them. Free coffee and tea near the reception area open 7am-11pm ish. Would recommend staying here!!

The room is too small for 2 single beds! Difficult to move around but still a great stay!

The terrace and the screened door were really nice. It was a shame there was no elevator, but I was grateful for the help with moving my luggage. The location was great, inside the Blue Nerds and the night market.

The room is comfortable and clean. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo and shower gel (generally not available in Thai hotels). The owner is warm and thoughtful. The hotel has free coffee, which can be enjoyed at any time.

The hotel is located in the ancient city. I happened to stay on Sunday. There is a Sunday market and pedestrian street at the door, which is quite lively. The room is very comfortable, with a small balcony and weak water pressure. The boss is very nice👍

The location is very good, in the old city of Chiang Mai, very close to Thapae Gate, and very quiet at night. We booked a balcony room, which was very large and clean. There were tables and chairs on the small balcony, which was very comfortable to sit on. The disadvantage is that the bathroom is very small and has a slight odor. The odor is a bit stronger after taking a shower, but you can't smell it if you close the bathroom door. There are a few power sockets in the room, the wifi signal is poor, and the mobile phone 4G signal is also poor. Maybe there are few base stations nearby? There is no elevator, and large boxes need to be carried upstairs. There is a special locked luggage storage on the first floor. The deposit is 400 baht. The front desk service is very friendly. Overall, it is not bad, and the price-performance ratio is high. I will continue to stay here when I come to Chiang Mai in the future

I used it on the last day of my trip to take a rest before my late night flight. The receptionist was cheerful and kind, and the room was clean. The water pressure in the shower was low. It was close to the Sunday Night Market, so I was able to buy some food and eat it in my room.

The waiters are very nice, the price is affordable, and the location is very good. It's a 5-minute walk from Thapae Gate. There is a shop that teaches Thai food 500 meters away from the hotel alley. There are many snack stalls in the temple at the entrance of the alley on weekends.
