Short walk from Rainbow Bridge, and along the way there are plenty of eateries. Bus to railway station is just in front of the hotel. Overall it is a very convenient location to stay. Room is clean and big. Bed is very firm and comfortable. Shower room is on the other side away from the basin and toilet and there are no hooks for the towels. Breakfast is buffet style with simple spread.

Excellent Guesthouse, in a great location. Excellent, clean room and bathroom, with great shower. Owners really friendly and offered free drop 9ff and pick up to the valley. Lots of restaurants and a few shops within a couple of minute's walk. Would definitely recommend. Thsmks for a great stay! 😊

Good locality, right beside the high speed railway station shuttle bus terminal.The front desk lady is very helpful. The buffet breakfast is good.

The hotel is very clean and the location is very good. It is about 5 min - 10 mins walk to the tourist spot. It is also very close to the bus station and the bus brings you directly to the railway station.

Good location if you want to be near the ancient town, but in a quiet spot. The main bus stop is right outside the hotel and the ancient town is about a two minute walk. Room is large and modern and bed is comfortable. You won't have much of a view on the backside of the hotel, and the front is likely to be a bit noisy with the bus stop during the day and the Aunties dancing in the square in the evening. It was nice that they gave a parting gift of local delicacies when we checked out. A few improvements needed: 1. Hooks, or hanging racks, for towels at the shower and the sink. There is no way to dry a towel after a shower. 2. Wash cloth. For a nice hotel, a wash cloth (or face cloth) should be provided. They are not expensive. 3. The water in the shower will be affected by the toilet flushing and the sink faucet. It will get very hot. Quite a surprise given that this is a new hotel. 4. Car service, especially to the train station. We asked the front desk to call us a taxi. Their response was to walk us to the main road, which is likely 300 to 400 metres. Not ideal with two suitcases and several bags of merchandise. It also took some time to get a taxi, which made us start to worry that we might not arrive in time for our train. Note that when you arrive at the drop off are for the train station, it is quite a long walk across a square to the station itself. Be sure to leave an extra 5 minutes for this. 5. Communication. When communicating with the hotel prior to arrival, we asked for a room on the top floor, which is the 5th floor. We were assured this would be arranged. However, on arriving at the hotel, we were initially assigned a room on the 4th floor. We mentioned the earlier conversation and were initially told there were no rooms available on the 5th floor. It wasn't until another attendant arrived, and seemed to check a chat history on the computer, that we were given a room on the 5th floor. 6. Sound insulation. While the room is quiet, the noise from the hallway can be easily heard due to poor insulation around the doors. All in all a good stay but some improvements needed.

Good location, the hotel accros bus shelter to go to railway station. The room is spacious and clean, the staff is friendly, and the check - in process was fast. The breakfast was splendid, there are plenty food and beverages provided. I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

The room is quite big, no odor, the air conditioning is powerful, and it is relatively quiet at night. It is only a few hundred meters away from the scenic spot. The lady at the front desk helped introduce the scenic spot and services. The breakfast is also quite rich. The overall experience is good👍

The hotel is located next to Qifeng Square, with convenient access. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, and it is worth recommending.

Superior location Located next to the bus terminal 'Round trip to the HSR station is only a 15-minute drive away. The facilities in the hotel rooms are very new and clean, with good sound insulation. The waiters from the front desk to the cleaning are very responsible. They have introduced the fun places in Phoenix Ancient City and where to play at the corresponding time. It would be better if the hotel breakfast can be filled with more fruits.

The hotel is not far from Fenghuang Ancient Town, but the soundproofing is really bad. I was disturbed by the running water noise from the bathroom or the shower room all night. The air conditioner was also turned off automatically, on and off, on and off. There was no service at all. I heard the people staying next door asked if Ctrip booking would give them some duck dishes or something, but we didn't mention anything at all. We checked in without saying a word.
