鳳城的温泉水把我征服了，正經的温泉，前台姐姐説就這水是真的，泡了那麼多假温泉，十分滿足了。據説是唐朝就發現的氡泉，78度的高温温泉，開了一路車，泡了感覺有小針在往筋骨裏鑽，滲透力特別強，怪神奇的，立馬痠痛全消，睡得很香。
設施：五個人定的觀景·和風套房四人房四個池子，和日式家庭房室內外各一個池子，其實能住七個人的，體驗了一下不同的户型，其實是滿房沒得挑了，但感覺挺不錯的大套房在頂樓
衞生：挺乾淨的

這次入住東湯的12號院温泉體驗非常棒！無論是環境、設施還是服務都讓人很滿意。院子乾淨整潔，温泉水質好，泡着很舒服。房間和公共區域的設施齊全且維護得很好，用起來很方便。工作人員熱情周到，有問必答，讓人感覺很貼心，早餐特別好吃，整體來説是一次非常放鬆、愉快的温泉之旅，下次還會再來！

房間燈光昏暗，一進房間就想睡覺，小庭院還不錯，室外温泉舒服。隔音不好，早上三點多就能聽到其他房間放水的聲音。早餐一人一份，量少，男生不夠吃，要一點加一點，都不好意思吃了。

一次愉快的旅行，出發前看了好多東湯的温泉，最後選擇了十二號院，酒店位於小區院內，車輛停到小區外，停車方便，房間在一樓，榻榻米房型，乾淨整潔，備品擺放有序，户外泡池環境優雅很有設計感，看得出酒店經營很用心！工作人員熱情周到細緻耐心很滿意！早餐很好，每人一份，各種小菜，粥好喝，主食滿意！再説説不足之處僅供參考，首先榻榻米房間，榻榻米席面有污漬，應該是茶漬，希望店家要及時更換，實在影響美觀，室外泡池應配備一個垃圾桶，要不屋裡屋外來回走！如果可能希望增加室內排風，室內泡温泉熱氣騰騰有些潮濕！

第一次來東湯鎮泡温泉，在網上憑感覺定了十二號院的和風套房，驚喜連連，一是頂樓視線極好，陽光非常充足，沒有一般温泉房的潮濕的感覺；二是陽台的綠植、泡池、燈光等，不僅美觀，而且實用，處處體現了房主的用心；三是餐飲，不貴且精緻，更重要的是能送到房間，不耽誤隨時隨地的泡温泉；四是服務熱情周到，我們提的任何要求，都能隨時滿足。
