一次愉快的旅行，出發前看了好多東湯的温泉，最後選擇了十二號院，酒店位於小區院內，車輛停到小區外，停車方便，房間在一樓，榻榻米房型，乾淨整潔，備品擺放有序，户外泡池環境優雅很有設計感，看得出酒店經營很用心！工作人員熱情周到細緻耐心很滿意！早餐很好，每人一份，各種小菜，粥好喝，主食滿意！再説説不足之處僅供參考，首先榻榻米房間，榻榻米席面有污漬，應該是茶漬，希望店家要及時更換，實在影響美觀，室外泡池應配備一個垃圾桶，要不屋裡屋外來回走！如果可能希望增加室內排風，室內泡温泉熱氣騰騰有些潮濕！

第一次來東湯鎮泡温泉，在網上憑感覺定了十二號院的和風套房，驚喜連連，一是頂樓視線極好，陽光非常充足，沒有一般温泉房的潮濕的感覺；二是陽台的綠植、泡池、燈光等，不僅美觀，而且實用，處處體現了房主的用心；三是餐飲，不貴且精緻，更重要的是能送到房間，不耽誤隨時隨地的泡温泉；四是服務熱情周到，我們提的任何要求，都能隨時滿足。

住着很舒服，外面温泉泡池很大又保温，室內還有兩個浴缸也出温泉水，冷熱都可以調整，住着兩天很舒服以後會帶家人來～

環境很好，房間和露台收拾的都非常乾淨，個人覺得性價比可以，還會再去。唯一美中不足是早餐，雖然看着很精緻，但是沒有提供最起碼的咖啡牛奶豆漿之類，要了兩杯咖啡，需要額外收費。

第四次來了，這次住的4人套房，一張踏踏米一張大床 榻榻米非常好，住兩大兩小正好 房間衞生依然是那麼乾淨，管家大姐服務熱情，有問必答，尤其飯菜做的非常好吃，沒次都送到房間來吃，温泉水24小時供應，隨時都可以泡，非常舒服的體驗，下次一定再來，五星好評，推薦入住。早餐也非常好 精心製作 媳婦帶孩子沒起床還給打包帶回房間，超讚👍

親子房很大，兩個池子，水質特別好，泡着舒服。停車方便，塌塌米寬敞，民宿自帶的餐廳價格實在，味道不錯，還能送餐到屋裡，可以足不出户泡個夠

户外温泉是個大亮點，非常日式露天風呂的感覺，洗護用品也不錯，親子房的榻榻米很大，我們睡了3大2小都剛剛好，對於家庭親子來講性價比很高。早餐小而精，温泉水也是純天然的，需要涼很久，泡完滑溜溜。以後有機會還會再來
