賓館在綜合樓裏，賓館牌子在樓頂，不注意的話不好找。到了需要先給前台打電話才能坐電梯上去。訂了兩個房間，有一個窗户是被外面的牌子擋住的，看不出去，另外一個房間窗户是走廊的，一開始進去不太適應，感覺憋悶。反正就住一晚，也無所謂了。好處就是離鳳凰山很近，開車幾分鐘就到了，還是很方便的。

這個房型床夠大，環境也可以，就是隔音有點差，早晨隔壁打電話能聽到，其他的都不錯，還有冰箱和微波爐可以使用。離鳳凰山也不遠。

環境：房間特別不好找，都沒有個門臉，在一個大廈裏的12樓，店家叫電梯我們坐到11樓，還得走一層。下水反味特別嚴重，進到屋裡全是下水道味。卧室燈光特別暗，服務員説就這樣。最最最離譜氣人的是，洗手間有個進出水泵，一用水就咔嗒咔嗒的聲音，聲音特別大，關水等待10分鐘，還咔嗒，服務員説這是12樓水壓低，要不上不來水，給我們把電源切掉了，我們房間沒有聲音了。隔壁房間的咔嗒聲又傳來了。本來出遊就很累，特別影響睡覺。
服務：服務態度特別冷漠，有問題找她，一副事不關己的樣子。

住在頂樓需要爬一層樓梯。位置還算方便。這個價格還湊合。周邊吃飯什麼的還可以，飯店挺多。
