第一個房間味道很大，感覺應該是上一次的客人在房間聚餐喝酒留下的，給換了個沒味道的房間，淋浴還不好用，服務員來給耐心指導一下，需要拉一根線才能用，總之一言難盡，相對來説早餐還算可以。

在周邊找好幾個賓館，最後選中了鳳城賓館，衞生環境，服務品質都挺好，設施稍顯陳舊，但不影響入住感覺，早餐非常豐盛，停車方便，不錯的選擇

酒店曾經應該是一個不錯的酒店，但是現在太舊了，隨處可見的都是年久失修，缺乏管理和維護。淋雨噴頭形同虛設，坐便更是令人尷尬地沖不乾淨。

從丹東遊玩過來，第二天準備攀登鳳凰山來到此處歇息，位置處在鳳城的市中心位置，交通比較方便！而且有地下停車場免費停車，酒店非常大，電梯6部運送也比較快，住在6樓，房間也很大，雖然設施設備相對陳舊，但比較乾淨，樓下各種飯店，超市，葯房步行可達，在假期的時間裏價格相對不貴，開車到鳳凰山10餘分鐘車程，早餐特別棒！

一開始給的頂樓窗户不能開的房間，可能是不能開窗通風的原因，有濃重的黴味，後來前台幫忙升級換了樓下的超級大床房，情況好了很多，服務還是不錯的；酒店很大房間很多，看得出當初裝修也是很用心的

離市區、鳳城東站、步行街、鳳凰山都很近。出行打車方便，還有温泉水洗浴，就是屋內設施較老舊點，房間有牆壁破損情況。但是還算中規中矩，早餐很好吃，品類豐富。
