I was initially in a bit of a rush, eager to check in and get to my room to rest, but her gentle tone and polite demeanor made me happy to wait. When it was my turn, she first apologized for the wait, then swiftly handled my check-in, verified my information, gave me my room key, and explained about breakfast and the hotel laundry room – everything was seamless. She even proactively asked if I needed a razor, which genuinely made me feel valued. Later, I asked for her name, and she said she was Xiao Yu. Five stars for this wonderful lady! The hotel stay itself was also great; the environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were all up to expectations and didn't disappoint."
