Nous avons été déçus par la literie (sur-matelas trop court, non au dimensions du lit + présence de plaque en bois type étagère en lamellé-collé sous le matelas) les nuits n'ont pas été agréables. Par ailleurs, au petit-déjeuner (30€ par pers.) en arrivant vers 09h15 vous n'avait pas forcément le choix des différents pains proposés à 08H00. Si une sorte de pain est épuisé, on vous précise qu'il n'y en a plus. Point positif de l'hôtel, son personnel qui est disponible et très agréable.

Great hotel, fabulous surroundings, helpful and smiling staff, good breakfasts. The only tiny comment I have is the lack of fresh milk for the coffee. I don't recognise the liquid in plastic containers or powder as milk. There is a fridge in the room, you can store fresh milk for coffee instead of carrying it to your room every day.Overall 5.5/6.

C’est toujours très compliqué de promouvoir un hôtel aux tarifs élevés, mais même pour un court séjour l’expérience est inoubliable. Chic et sans prétention, cet hotel est au milieu d’un écrin de verdure qui vous donne l’́impression d’être hors du temps. Félicitations à l'ensemble des équipes pour leur professionnalisme et leur discrétion. Un compliment en particulier à la caviste du restaurant La table pour ses conseils et ses connaissances malgré son jeune âge. Ne changez rien !

Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir, au moins pour profiter de la piscine extérieure :-). Le personnel est extrêmement professionnel, cela devient suffisamment rare pour être souligné.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument merveilleux à l’Hôtel Hermitage. Dès l’arrivée, l’accueil chaleureux et professionnel du personnel donne le ton : ici, tout est pensé pour le confort et le bien-être des clients. Les chambres sont élégamment décorées, spacieuses et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le service est irréprochable, attentionné sans être intrusif, et chaque détail est soigné avec goût. Le spa et les installations bien-être sont un véritable havre de paix, parfaits pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie. Le petit-déjeuner est un autre point fort : varié, copieux, avec des produits frais et de grande qualité. Seul petit bémol : la façade extérieure de l’hôtel commence à montrer quelques signes du temps. Une rénovation lui permettrait de refléter à l’extérieur le niveau d’excellence que l’on retrouve à l’intérieur. Cela dit, cela n’enlève rien au charme de l’établissement, qui reste très agréable à regarder et surtout exceptionnel à vivre. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience haut de gamme, authentique et mémorable.
