"Overall, the hotel is good, the rooms spacious, and the spa adequate.
However, the reception service was mediocre (delay in getting our room, wrong room, questioning our reservation, etc.) and no one apologized before our departure, despite all the mishaps I'm ignoring.
As for the restaurant service, it's difficult to describe, it's so non-existent: we arrived first, and our main course arrived after 1 hour and 15 minutes, and what's more, it was part of the daily special. The Caesar salad has no taste, and after a complaint, it came back 20 minutes later with a few extra chili peppers.
Apparently, the hotel management is aware of this, since reception directly raised the issue of the restaurant when we expressed our overall dissatisfaction. Yet, the next day, it was the same.
Only the spa staff is competent. The maids are friendly but forget what we asked for and what was missing from the room (tea, coffee).
In short, the service is closer to an Ibis hotel than a Hilton."
