It's a bit remote, 10 minutes walk from Eschborn Sued train station. It's not recommended for people with big suitcases, as there are big ups and downs. There is a shopping park and various supermarkets nearby. It's 10 minutes by train to the exhibition, which is quite convenient.

There were three similar Mercure hotels nearby, and it was hard to know where to go. I was worried, so I asked the front desk, and they were kind enough to help me out.

The room environment is satisfactory. This time I went to attend the exhibition. Next time I go, I will choose this hotel again. It is convenient for travel, not far from the exhibition hall, safe, quiet, and has catering

The guy at the front desk just started working, he doesn't know the rules, he has no experience, his tone and words are discriminatory, I'm not a picky person, but other people are very dissatisfied with him and have complained, the rest of the hotel is fine

The steak in the hotel restaurant is delicious and highly recommended. There are many supermarkets near the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and supermarket shopping.

Very good hotel I liked it. Parking available. Breakfast was also good and tasty. Service at breakfast was excellent.

Stayed at the accommodation for one night. Staff only speaks English.

It’s a pity that I paid online through Ctrip, but had to swipe the room fee again when I went to the hotel front desk. Later I contacted customer service and asked the hotel for a refund. Ctrip also made up for the exchange rate difference. I am currently waiting for the room fee to be credited to my account.
