"Budget level of hotel, front desk receptionists are not all well trained, some didn’t know the exact staying rules, I paid extra 1 night before arrival due to flight delay, but staff is asking for additional charges for the very same day booking, (they corrected the mistake eventually though). Cleaning staff work quality is not consistent. Some ladies are doing great job, some guys are barely finish the room cleaning task. Not holiday inn standard that I expected."

In London, a major booking error exposed issues with compensation and customer care. Despite attempts to escalate the issue and engaging with Mr. Arno Sonderfeld, part-founder, responses were unprofessional and did not resolve our concerns. Requests for further engagement only resulted in a focus on managing feedback rather than meaningful resolution. This points to brand-wide inconsistencies in transparency and guest satisfaction. Proceed with caution when booking."
