For a hotel pool this one is spatious and light, partly due to four daylight domes in the ceiling. Breakfast was okay, but the machine dispensed 'fruit juice' is terrible. Ample space in the breakfast/dining area and ample places to sit and relax. The room had modern floors with a wood decor. Bathroom fixtures a bit dated. Bed was okay, two separate single box springs with a two person topper. Staff was friendly. Coffee/tea maker in the room with some coffee and tea cups. But, extra cups can be bought at the reception for 60 cents. Central area carpeted and a bit dated. All in all a reasonable stay, not great but also not bad.

Bad Boekelo has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The bedrooms are clean, Breakfast is a buffet which is ideal. All the staff are very helpful and kind. My criticisms would be that the mattresses are very thin. There is no body lotion or flannels. But the hot water pressure was excellent .
