gebruncht zondag 2 februari, was zeer slecht geen van de valk waardig. bewust iets later gegaan vanwege drukte. hebben lang gewacht voor dat ons een tafel werd aangewezen. er was geen brood weinig beleg en voor de rest was het maar zo zo. weing variatie en liepen maar wat te zoeken met ons lege bord. hielden het voor een uur wel voor gezien. dit is de laatste keer voor ons. twee stel uit haaksbergen.

Zie veel slechte recensies, hebben wij dan echt geluk gehad? Super super net hotel, personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ontbijt helemaal super, het was schoon netjes en rustig. Spa was heerlijk op de 12e etage. Enschede vinden wij eerlijk gezegt niet zo heel leuk. Maar gelukkig kan je je in dit hotel best vermaken! Als we dan 1 minpuntje moeten noemen? 12.50 roomservice kosten 😂 manager ! Doe hier wat aan, daar zijn we helaas snel over geslagen.

Heb hier een kerst arrangement geboekt met mijn gezin en moet eerlijk zeggen dat ik nog niet zo een slecht van der valk hotel ben tegen gekomen. Had ik voor het boeken maar de reviews gelezen. Hoop dat iemand hier wat aan heeft. Dit is zeker niet Valk Exclusief waardig. Speciaal extra betaald voor een suite die vervolgens vies was met onvolledige faciliteiten. De verdieping stonk naar sigaretten rook. Het hotel was verder vrij sfeerloos (absoluut geen kerst sfeer). In het restaurant liet het personeel aan de lopende band bestek/borden vallen en er was geen muziek. Dit was gewoon van het niveau vreetschuur/kantine. Het eten was ook zeer matig. De volgende ochtend was het ontbijt ook zeer karig en wederom in een sfeerloos restaurant gezeten. Ter compensatie biedt het hotel vervolgens 'korting' op een toekomstig verblijf. Dit vind ik onacceptabel. Ik kom niet uit de regio en na zo een slechte ervaring kom ik zeker niet terug. Al met al slechte service voor zo een duur arrangement en zeer teleurstellend Van der Valk!

Der Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon war voll!
Es gab in der Sauna keine Handtücher mehr sodass wir die Handtücher vom Zimmer mitnehmen mussten.
Nach der Sauna haben wir nach Sauberen Handtücher an der Rezeption gefragt aber auch dort haben wir keine bekommen und hatten nichts zum duschen und abtrocknen.
