超級差的體驗，門口和道路到處樹葉沒人打到，房間有死蟑螂，一次性拖鞋都是破破爛的，房間的電話用不了，用手機打前台電話無法接通，早上7:30想去泡温泉，問前台小哥感覺一問三不知，説是好像9點温泉開，早餐好像是8點開，結果開車去市區吃了麥當勞早餐回來，9:15去泡温泉還是鐵將軍把門人影都沒有，沒辦法就退房了，前台説9:30温泉肯定會開，從來沒有試過這麼差的體驗，星級酒店標準價格竟然是這麼低的服務

服務只在地圖上說了我房間在那裏，沒有人帶我上房。我要拿著地圖自己去找。這是我見過最差的4星級酒店的服務態度。房中的露天浴缸沒熱水，浴室只有兩小枝洗髪露，沒有沐浴露。早餐只是一碗肉片米粉加兩隻旦和半條粟米，連咖啡也沒有提供。聲稱温泉故障，不如何時才可使用。整體體感覺很差
