房間設施老舊 服務態度非常不熱情 工作人員態度冷漠 早上早餐種類又少又小氣 東西都冷了 並且不是放在桌子上讓人去拿的 而是需要一張小紙點了才給我們拿上來 並且我們住的那一天晚上是中元節 房間的斜對面一直有個房門不關也沒有人 就拿個紙巾堵着門也不關 看着特別嚇人像**一樣

不得不吐槽一下正在酒店的服務，1000多一間房消費還不如的民宿服務水平。
辦好酒店入住之後去温泉區，無法刷卡進去了。
温泉區的服務人員説讓前台弄一下。去了前台，前台堅持説自己沒有問題。
過了一會，前台又打電話來説他們搞錯了，讓人重新送門卡來。
拿了新門卡終於可以順利進温泉區了，泡完温泉回來，卡開不了房門。
大人小孩濕着身子在房門口等了酒店十幾分鍾才處理好，給到原因是房鎖沒電。
整個過程中間沒有半句的道歉

第一次去，環境還可以，就是部分設施比較舊，可以考虑翻新一下，吃方面，吸引力不是太大，類似宴會品种，價格偏貴，会员一次性充值500元，获永的，台山康橋温泉晚餐比較好，還有**的，可以參考一下。

玩樂配套挺豐富的，小童水上樂園，各大温泉池。池畔房有專屬泳道，這裏麪的水竟然是温泉，驚喜。陽台出去就玩水，這種配套太好了。一日三餐都在酒店解決的，挺不錯的。
