The manager's response: "Yes, we do have disposable cups etc .but if you had of enquired, we could have supplied China from one of the 2 restaurants Partners attached The legislation clearly states the states the temperature that dishes are to be washed .we do not own a commercial dishwasher as we are a standalone. Motel without a commercial kitchen it. Hence, we supply disposable cups which then complies with the legislation." If this response is correct, a great many Queensland motels seem to be in breach of the legislation. "

"We have stayed here three times which should just about tell the story. A very well located, quiet, motel. Terrific if you are travelling with your pet, as we are, since there is an excellent walking area very near by. It is off the main road, so quiet and the rooms are very clean, comfortable beds and generally well equipped. We go regularly through Emerald and don’t consider staying anywhere else (although on one occasion we did)."

"Capella Coach Inn was the perfect stay for our large family group – 15 rooms – for our son’s wedding on his wife’s family’s farm. Our group stayed for up to four nights and everyone was very happy with their rooms. A huge thankyou to Kim, and also Chelsea, for your patience over the phone, over many months, and finally in person to organise the most suitable rooms to meet our guests’ different needs. For those with some mobility issues, Kym ensured they had walk-in showers and ground floor rooms while other guests enjoyed the very large baths. The spacious rooms were very clean. Our large group also enjoyed the free continental breakfasts in the communal dining room and the chance to catch up in an air-conditioned space during the very warm days. And it was a short stroll to the Capella Hotel."
