"After waiting for an hour and a half at T3 in Los Angeles and making more than a dozen calls, the shutter bus came to pick us up. As a result, we made an appointment for the shuttle bus to the airport at 10:30 the next day. We went to wait in advance, but no bus came. We waited until 45 minutes. We were afraid of delaying the flight, so we had to pay for a taxi to the airport. The hotel said they would pay the fare but didn't pay. The experience was very bad, and the breakfast was particularly terrible!"

The breakfast staff were very proactive and nice. I'd definitely book this place again. The soundproofing could be better; you can hear conversations from the next room if they're talking loudly."
