The stuff is absolutely amazing. That was 100% best experience of staying in the hotel. We actually had enjoyed every second.Stongly reccomend to choose this hotel to stay in especially in a middle of the week. You'll definitely have best service from this lovely stuff.

The hotel is good, service is very good, food is good, location is very good. The reason of my rating is because the terrible room I got, next to Queen Sheba hotel which is over the air conditioned engines and service entrance of the other hotel. Noise from 6am, impossible to rest. Room maintenance not good. I have to say the the reception manager tried to help, offered other rooms that were at the same side or smaller, so it didn’t really help… In summary, the hotel is good if you avoid those specific rooms.

A dream vacation together with my loved ones and celebrating my birthday in the most welcoming and helpful hotel in Eilat where we always return with love. All the staff from the manager to the cleaners are very professional and nice to tourists.We will always return to the Lagoon hotel with love.

cleaning is bad. no interest in the customer. No help. There is no flavor in the food. location is bad. I don't know what more to say. We wanted to change hotel. We did not want to stay in this hotel any longer. we were very disturbed.so horrible.

The Lagoona has improved greatly since our last stay a few years ago. The staff was very friendly and helpful; the hotel is very clean and attractive. Our room was cold but after a call to Housekeeping we quickly received a radiator that heated the room adequately and an extra blanket.. The bed was firm but not top notch. Minimal bath items...1 bar of soap, no body lotion, no shower cap but the shampoo was nice. The Food: The dining room was a celebration of colorful, fresh salads! Unfortunately the main courses were not great. There were tiny "amnon" (Talapia) fish one day, overcooked chicken liver another day and brisket that the chef insisted upon shredding rather than slicing across the grain which made it inedible. What a shame. At breakfast there was herring but no salmon. The choices of breads weren't great - no bagels or sourdough bread. I didn't try the desserts but they looked very nice. Lots of fruit but surprisingly no bananas! They are trying but I wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel!

Even during a war, the Lagoona is a really well run hotel. Staff are all professional and responsive. Rooms are super clean and the food is way beyond what you would normally expect from hotel food. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and lovely outdoor space add up to make this a really excellent choice in Eilat.

The Hotel is great and is situated in an excellent position. It is very close to the promenade and shops. The room is large and the bed comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their wayto please. The food is delicious. Highly recommended.

We had a great time in Lagoona. Hotel , the food was amazing, tge rooms clean and spacious. The staff very nice and helpful the location it is great near the beach. You can go to the Isrotel Private Beach under Royal Beach Hotel as a Isrotel Guest. Free drinks and cocktails , coffee and cakes.nice pool , entertainment team for kids a lot of activities for kids
