The hotel met our expectations for an inexpensive hotel close to the boardwalk and the guitar festival. Value for money. The room is cozy and spacious, but the bathroom is small. There is room service in the afternoon if you need extra towels. Odors from the dining room, ventilation needs to be improved. The dining room is not varied and repetitive - probably more oriented towards children. There are no desserts for lunch. There is a lack of parking at the hotel.

Staff: Most of the staff is eager to help (perhaps with a few exceptions at the bar, where Valery mistakenly thought that she was the warden of a prison). Veronica on the other hand was just amazing. She helped us with literally every thing we asked and went way beyond the call of duty to make our stay pleasant. She adds a star or two to this hotel. Pool: was cold enough to keep everyone out. It’s probably nice in summer and spring. Rooms: rooms are reasonably clean, furniture consistent with a 3.5 star hotel. We got a nice room with a decent view, although what you see is the canal that leads to the wharf. Beds are firm and comfortable. Food: this is an all inclusive hotel, but don’t expect a 5 star resort. Food is absolutely plenty, but you have to exercise your elbows to get it. Plenty of children, suitable for big families, not for couples. I would like to say that the quality is great, but I’d be lying. Food is ok and staff mostly nice and helpful. Parking: you have to fight for a space or become Igor’s friend. Location: access to the wharf is a 10 minute walk, so it’s not so bad. At the end we requested to spent the last 4 days at the Royal Beach from isrotel. Alexander was very helpful with that move. We had to pay the difference but we really needed a more quiet experience even though the RB is not all inclusive. I guess you’ll hear from us about how that went.

We stayed at the hotel and enjoyed every moment! It was our first time there, and we were pleasantly surprised. The service was amazing, the rooms were clean and luxurious, and the food was simply excellent. The hotel's location is perfect—close to the promenade, the sea, and the mall. Special thanks to Rina, the Public Relations Manager, for her care and personal attention! Highly recommended.

Luxury resort with outdoor pool and lounge, within short walking distance to the beach and waterfront activities. All inclusive menu with great Israeli cuisine and decadent desserts. Generous open bar and snacks throughout the day. Staff is incredibly attentive and accommodating.

I took my extended family of adults and children to the Lagoona in Eilat for Chanukah 2024. It was a fabulous experience for all. The food was fresh, plentiful, & delicious. The hotel was kept very clean. Staff was consistently pleasant and helpful. There was entertainment for both children and adults. The pool was properly heated. We all hope to return.

The stuff is absolutely amazing. That was 100% best experience of staying in the hotel. We actually had enjoyed every second.Stongly reccomend to choose this hotel to stay in especially in a middle of the week. You'll definitely have best service from this lovely stuff.

The hotel is good, service is very good, food is good, location is very good. The reason of my rating is because the terrible room I got, next to Queen Sheba hotel which is over the air conditioned engines and service entrance of the other hotel. Noise from 6am, impossible to rest. Room maintenance not good. I have to say the the reception manager tried to help, offered other rooms that were at the same side or smaller, so it didn’t really help… In summary, the hotel is good if you avoid those specific rooms.
